8 March gifts for companies: what to order for your team and clients

A seasonal guide to 8 March gifts with logo printing: realistic deadlines, approximate prices from EUR 1.20 per piece, and products that can still be printed in time for 6 March.

8 March gift set: mug, thermal mug, towel with logo

If you're looking for 8 March gifts for your company, right now — on 16 February — you have around 14 business days left until 6 March, which is enough time to get almost everything made: printed mugs (5–10 business days), embroidered towels (5–10 business days), branded water bottles and thermal mugs (5–10 business days), and greeting cards or stickers (2–5 business days). Approximate prices start from EUR 1.20 per piece (cards, stickers) up to EUR 18–25 per piece (thermal mugs, gift sets), excl. VAT. If you need the order ready by 5–6 March, the artwork should be approved by 20 February.

What to choose: three practical approaches

In practice, 8 March orders fall into three groups, each with its own budget and deadline.

  • For your team (10–60 pcs) — a personalised item for each female colleague: a mug, thermal mug, or towel with an embroidered logo or name. Here, quality matters more than quantity.
  • For clients (50–500 pcs) — a uniform, easy-to-send gift: a bottle, notebook, pen, or card with a QR code linking to a promotion.
  • For an event or in-store promotion (100+ pcs) — a cheaper item plus printed packaging, a sticker, and a poster at the point of sale.

The most common mistake is ordering the same thing for everyone. For your team, a EUR 15–25 personalised gift works well; for clients, a EUR 2–6 item that doesn't look cheap thanks to precise printing and neat packaging.

Approximate prices and deadlines

Prices are approximate, excl. VAT, including single-colour printing or standard embroidery. The exact price depends on quantity, number of colours, and model.

Specific solutions for your team

Mugs and thermal mugs

A classic that works well if the printing isn't generic. Instead of simply adding a logo, you can print each colleague's name, job title, or a short phrase — sublimation printing lets every mug be different with no extra setup fee (approx. +EUR 0.80/pc for personalisation). Thermal mugs of 350–450 ml with laser engraving cost more but last for years. More here: printed mugs and thermal mugs.

Embroidered towels

A 50×100 cm cotton towel with an embroidered logo or name looks more valuable than many EUR 20 gifts. Embroidery needs at least 5 business days, since a separate embroidery program has to be prepared (one-off fee of approx. EUR 20–35 for a new logo). See the towels section.

Water bottles and gift sets

A bottle plus notebook plus pen in a gift box comes to around EUR 12–18 per set. Sets need 2–3 extra days since they're assembled by hand — so it's best to approve such orders by 20 February.

For clients: less of the item, more of the impression

For client gifts on 8 March, a small item paired with a well-designed paper element often works better. Practical combinations include:

  • A card with a personal message — 350 gsm paper, matte lamination, approx. from EUR 0.45/pc. You can add a QR code linking to a gift voucher.
  • A sticker on the packaging — a die-cut sticker on a paper bag turns any gift into a branded one; from EUR 0.18/pc.
  • A flyer with your March promotion — works better than an item for cafés and salons; A6 format, 500 pcs from approx. EUR 45.

You can browse card, flyer, and business card formats and paper stocks in the business cards section, and the full range of promotional products with logo printing in the catalogue section.

Files and printing details

Please send artwork as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf), colours in CMYK, text converted to outlines. If you only have a PNG or a logo from your website, our designer can redraw it — usually EUR 15–40 depending on complexity, adding one business day.

Two of the most common technical mistakes in March: text that's too small on the curved surface of a mug (anything under 6 pt tends to blur) and a logo with a gradient, which can't be replicated in embroidery — embroidery works with 1–4 solid colours. If you're not sure, send us the file and we'll tell you what needs fixing before we start production.
