Frequently asked questions
Is the logo print included in the price?
Yes. Ready sets include a 1-colour logo print in one position on every item. Full-colour logos or extra positions are priced in the offer.
What is the minimum order?
10 sets. From 20 and 30 sets the price per set is lower – shown next to each set.
Can I change a colour or swap an item?
Yes. Use the set builder or write your wishes in the request – most items come in several colours.
When do I need to order for delivery before Christmas?
By 5 December. Later – ask us, we can often help with items from stock.
Can you deliver to each recipient separately?
Yes, we prepare individual packaging and delivery to several addresses in Latvia and the EU – mention it in the request.
How is invoicing done?
After you approve the offer we issue an advance invoice; EU companies with a VAT number are invoiced at 0 % VAT.
