Final order deadlines for December
The deadline is counted from the day the artwork and quantity are confirmed, not from the first email. If the artwork takes two days to approve, the finished order is delayed by two days as well.

Sublimation mugs made in-house
Full-colour sublimation printing on white ceramic mugs and metal thermal mugs — from 1 piece, 1–3 business days. Great for photographs, gradients and individual designs for each employee (name on the mug). This is the only option if you suddenly need 12 gifts in mid-December.
Catalogue mugs
Thermal mugs and travel mugs with a lid from our catalogue — from 50 pcs, body colour choice of up to 41 options, 360° digital printing or screen printing. Production takes 4–7 business days depending on quantity, plus 2–3 days for delivery. This timeline can't be cut in half, which is why the deadline is 4 December.

At larger quantities, not only does the product price decrease, but so does the share of set-up costs per piece — which is why 100 pcs often costs only slightly more than 70 pcs.
How to prepare your logo so no days are lost
- Logo as vector artwork: .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg, colours in CMYK or specified Pantone codes.
- For raster images (photographs for sublimation mugs) — 300 dpi at the actual print size.
- If needed, we prepare a 3D view with your logo on the chosen mug, so you can see the result before production.
- The artwork must be approved by email. In December, this is the most important step: every day the artwork sits unapproved delays delivery.
If you've already missed the deadline
After 10 December, the safest options are sublimation mugs from our own production (from 1 pc), as well as our own printing — gift tags, stickers with a logo on the packaging, greeting cards and invitations from digital printing, which we produce in 1–3 business days. A practical solution: a standard mug with sublimation printing, packed in a box with a sticker and a card — everything made on-site at Kandavas iela 29A.
If your gift list also includes clothing or other items, note that promotional products with a logo have the same turnaround times as mugs, so it's best to send the whole request in one message — then, in the quote, you'll see what's achievable and what isn't.
