Office starter kit with logo in January: notepads, pens, magnets
A guide to start-of-year office kits with your logo: what to include, indicative prices from EUR 0.98/pc at 100 pcs, and realistic production times in January.

An office kit with your logo at the start of the year usually consists of three items an employee uses every day: a sticky-note pad with a pen, a standalone pen, and a magnet or set of stickers. At 100 pcs, a sticky-note pad with a pen from our catalogue starts from EUR 0.98/pc (excl. VAT), a simple plastic pen with pad printing is roughly EUR 0.40–0.80/pc, while printed magnets and stickers start from just a few cents per piece. Total production time in January: 6–10 business days (production 4–7 + delivery 2–3); for our in-house printing at Kandavas iela 29A — 1–3 business days.
Why January specifically
Office supplies tend to run out in December, and January brings a new budget period. In practice this means two things: first, the wave of orders starts as early as the first week of January and factory workloads increase; second, at the start of the year it's easier to approve one larger order at a lower price per piece than to buy in small batches throughout the year.

If the kit is also meant for new hires (onboarding), plan for a 10–20% reserve. A repeat order three months later will cost more — setup fees and minimum batch requirements apply again.
What's included in a start-of-year kit
Notepads and sticky notes
The most practical option is a combined product — a sticky-note pad with a built-in pen. It takes up one line in the order but replaces two items. For example, the Swift sticky-note pad with ballpoint pen is a paper product with single-colour printing (screen printing or pad printing) — from EUR 0.98/pc at 100 pcs. For classic A5/A6 notepads and spiral notebooks, see the notepads and paper category.
Pens
A pen is the cheapest branding item in the office. Plastic models are usually printed using pad printing or screen printing for rounded surfaces, while metal bodies are laser engraved. Indicative prices: plastic from EUR 0.40–0.80/pc at 250 pcs, metal from EUR 1.50–3.50/pc. The exact price depends on the model, quantity and number of print colours — see the full range in the pens category.
Magnets and stickers
Magnets featuring your company logo, a year-at-a-glance calendar, or a reminder (such as internal phone extensions) are an inexpensive part of the kit and stay on the fridge or magnetic board for a long time. We prepare printed magnets on individual request — pricing depends on size and run size. Alongside office items, the start of the year usually also calls for stickers: inventory labels, shelf numbering, branded stickers for folders and parcels. We print these on sheets or rolls with contour cutting, with a turnaround of 1–3 business days.
Prices and quantities
The table below shows indicative prices per piece excl. VAT for three kit levels. Prices for catalogue items are exact; the remaining items are market benchmarks.

| Extended | Notepad, pen, magnet, lunch box or thermal mug, paper box | EUR 18–26 | EUR 17–24 |

How to prepare files and artwork
Please send your logo as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), with colours specified in CMYK or Pantone. Raster images (such as photos for a lunch box or magnet) need to be 300 dpi at actual size.
For small areas — a pen clip, a sticky-note pad cover — a simple logo without thin elements and text smaller than 5 pt works best. On apparel, such as Pollux or Vaillant shirts, standard print areas are the left chest at 110×90 mm and embroidery up to 90×90 mm.
On request, we can prepare a 3D mock-up with your logo on the specific product. Artwork is approved by email, and production only starts once approval is received.

Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum order quantity?
For our own printing (stickers, business cards, posters), we work with orders as small as 1 piece. For catalogue items, the minimum depends on the printing method — often 25–50 pcs, with some items from 1 pc. Socks with a woven-in logo — from 100 pairs.
Can you make the magnets together with the rest of the kit?
Yes, we prepare printed magnets on individual request and include them in a single quote together with notepads and pens, so everything arrives in one delivery.
How much does a kit for one employee cost in total?
A basic kit (sticky-note pad with pen + magnet) starts at roughly EUR 1.30/pc at 100 pcs, excl. VAT. Adding a lunch box or T-shirt brings the total up to EUR 18–26. The exact price depends on quantity and printing.
Can I order different quantities for different items?
Yes. In the quote, each item is calculated separately with its own quantity, print area and turnaround, so, for example, 150 pens and 40 lunch boxes in one order is not a problem.
How long does it take to get a quote?
We send a quote within one business day — online and as a PDF with product images, prices, print area, setup fee and turnaround time for each item.
Can you print on items the client brings themselves?
Often, yes — it depends on the material and shape. Send us a photo and dimensions, and we'll let you know whether the printing method you need (screen printing, pad printing, DTF, embroidery) is suitable.
Add the items you need to a request in the catalogue, email info@attaprint.lv, or call +371 25776699 (also WhatsApp) — we'll prepare a quote with prices, print areas and turnaround times within one business day.
