FAQ
When should you choose digital printing?
When you need a small or medium run, fast turnaround or personalised copies. Digital printing has no plate costs, so even 50 or 100 pieces are cost-effective.
What paper options do you offer?
As standard, we use 300 g paper for business cards, cards and gift vouchers, and 200 g paper for posters. Other paper types and finishes are available on request.
What file format should I send my artwork in?
Ideally a PDF with converted fonts or a vector file (.ai, .eps) in CMYK colours. Raster images should be at least 300 dpi at print size. If you don't have artwork, we can help you prepare it.
How quickly will I receive a quote and order?
We send an exact price and production time within 1 business day of receiving your request. The timeframe depends on volume and finishing – urgent jobs are arranged individually.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, you can collect your finished order from our office at Kandavas iela 29A, Riga, on business days from 8:00 to 17:00. Courier delivery is also available – we'll arrange this in the quote.
