Christmas T-shirts for your team: printing in October and November
How early you need to order Christmas T-shirts for your team so printing is ready by December: deadlines, technology comparison and estimated prices.

If you need Christmas T-shirts for your team in time for a mid-December event, the order needs to be confirmed by mid-November: printing on garments at our own production facility on Kandavas iela 29A usually takes 4–7 business days plus 2–3 days for delivery, so 6–10 business days in total. Today, 30 October, there's still plenty of time and we can work at a comfortable pace — from 20 November onwards, jobs go into the rush queue and some printing technologies are no longer an option. We work with orders as small as 1 piece too, but the price per piece drops significantly for larger teams.
Calendar: how early to start
The main cause of delays in December isn't printing itself, but artwork approval and stock availability. Popular colours and sizes sell out during the season, so it's worth reserving a specific model now.

| Order confirmed by | What's still possible | Ready by |
|---|---|---|
| 7 November | Any technology, including screen printing for large runs and embroidery, 100+ pcs | 20 November |
| 8–18 November | DTF transfer, sublimation, embroidery up to 50 pcs | 1–5 December |
| 19–30 November | Mainly DTF up to 30–50 pcs, if the item is in stock | 10–15 December |
| 1–10 December | Only rush jobs by arrangement, small quantities | By separate agreement |
Deadlines are counted from the moment the artwork is confirmed by email — not from when you send the request. If the artwork travels between marketing and management for a week, that week is lost from production time.
How to choose a printing technology
Christmas designs are usually multicoloured — snowflakes, gradients, patterns, animal motifs. This means classic screen printing isn't always the most cost-effective choice.
| Technology | Best for | Minimum quantity | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Screen printing | 1–4 colour logos, simple motifs | From 30–50 pcs | Lowest price for large runs, set-up fee per colour |
| DTF transfer | Full-colour, photos, gradients | From 1 pc | Fastest option in November, no separate colour fee |
| Embroidery | Logos on hoodies, jackets, caps | From 10–20 pcs | Durable, up to 90×90 mm, requires longer preparation |
| Sublimation | White polyester items, mugs | From 1 pc | Only for light-coloured polyester materials |
Standard print areas: left chest 110×90 mm, front and back up to 280×210 mm, sleeve 80×60 mm, embroidery up to 90×90 mm. For a larger festive motif on the back, we use the full 280×210 mm area.
T-shirt, hoodie or polo shirt
A T-shirt is the cheapest option and works well for indoor events — see our range of T-shirts. If your team works in cool spaces or outdoors, hoodies or sweatshirts are more practical: they're worn after the holidays too, and embroidery looks more substantial on them than printing. All printing options are described in the garment printing section.
Estimated prices
Prices excl. VAT, approximate; the exact amount depends on the model, number of colours, number of print areas and quantity.

| Item and printing | 10 pcs | 50 pcs | 100 pcs |
|---|---|---|---|
| T-shirt, DTF on front | from EUR 15/pc | from EUR 11/pc | from EUR 9/pc |
| T-shirt, screen printing 1 colour | — | from EUR 10/pc | from EUR 7.50/pc |
| Hoodie, embroidery on chest | from EUR 32/pc | from EUR 26/pc | from EUR 24/pc |
| Beanie with embroidery | from EUR 6/pc | from EUR 4.50/pc | from EUR 4/pc |
For screen printing and embroidery, we calculate a one-off set-up fee separately (screens or embroidery program) — we always specify it in the quote for each item, so you can see how the price changes as the quantity increases.
Files and artwork approval
To avoid losing a single day, send your logo as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), in CMYK; raster images need at least 300 dpi at the print size. If you only have a JPG from a presentation, it can be redrawn, but allow an extra 1–2 business days for this.
Within one business day of your request, we send a quote online and as a PDF with product images, prices, print area, set-up fee and deadline for each item. On request, we prepare a 3D preview with your logo so you can see how the design looks on the specific product. The artwork is approved by email — only then does production begin.
Sizes and reserve stock
Collect sizes in a table before sending your request. Practical tip: order a 5–10% reserve of the most popular sizes (L, XL). An additional order in December means a new production cycle, and if the item is sold out, possibly a different model or colour shade.
What's still possible in December
If the deadline has already passed, in December we can realistically still handle the printing jobs themselves: stickers, posters, cards and invitations — 1–3 business days. Festive stickers for gift packaging or greeting cards with your company design are a working alternative while the T-shirts are being produced for the first team meeting in January.
Email info@attaprint.lv or call and message us on WhatsApp at +371 25776699 — tell us the quantity, approximate sizes and design idea, and within one business day we'll prepare a quote with a deadline for each item.

FAQ
How late in November can I still order Christmas T-shirts?
For DTF transfer on small quantities (up to 30–50 pcs), we can accept orders until around 30 November, if the item is in stock — ready by 10–15 December. For screen printing on large runs and embroidery on 100+ pieces, the order needs to be confirmed by 7 November.
How long does T-shirt printing take?
Promotional products with printing are usually ready in 6–10 business days: production takes 4–7 business days depending on quantity, plus 2–3 days for delivery. The deadline is counted from artwork approval by email, not from the request.
What's the minimum order quantity?
We work with orders as small as 1 piece — DTF transfer and sublimation are cost-effective from a single T-shirt. Screen printing becomes economical from 30–50 pieces, embroidery from 10–20 pieces, as both technologies involve a one-off set-up fee.
How much does a full-colour printed T-shirt cost?
Approximately from EUR 15/pc excl. VAT for 10 pieces, from EUR 11 for 50 pieces, and from EUR 9 for 100 pieces. The exact price depends on the chosen model, print area and number of print locations.
What files should I send for the design?
Vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) in CMYK colour mode work best. Raster images need at least 300 dpi at actual print size; a JPG from a presentation can be redrawn, but allow 1–2 extra business days for this.
Can I see what the design will look like on the T-shirt?
Yes, on request we prepare a 3D preview with your logo on the chosen product. In the PDF quote, you'll see a product image, price, print area, set-up fee and deadline for each item.
