How to choose a printing method
Wristbands
Reflective wristbands are almost always printed using pad printing. The print area is narrow — usually 4–6 cm wide and 1.5–2 cm high — so your logo needs to be simplified: a single-colour name with no fine details and no subtle gradients. White or black printing on a yellow reflector reads best.
Important: printing reduces reflectivity exactly where it's applied. That's why we don't place the logo across the whole surface, but leave at least 60–70% of the area clear.
Vests and covers
Vests offer a wider range of options. Screen printing is the most cost-effective choice from 50 pcs and for single-colour logos. DTF transfer suits multi-colour logos and small quantities.
