How to choose the capacity

Bag size is the first decision, and it directly affects the price. In practice, this breakdown works well for teams:

• 3–7 l — accessory pouches and small drawstring bags: footwear, shower items, gloves, a ball pump.
• 10–21 l — a single training set: kit, towel, bottle. Also works as a gift for event participants.
• 25–29 l — cylindrical sports bags for everyday training and one-night trips.
• 50 l — a classic duffel bag for multi-day tournaments, training camps and technical equipment.

Sports clubs often work with a two-bag set: a large duffel bag for travel and a small drawstring bag for footwear, so dirty shoes aren't packed together with the kit.

Duffel bag or cylindrical sports bag

A duffel bag is rectangular, with a wide zip running the full length — you can open it like a suitcase and pack in layers. A cylindrical sports bag is round, lighter and cheaper, but less convenient if you're looking for a single item from the bottom.

Material: polyester (including recycled) is more resistant to abrasion and moisture, while cotton looks softer and holds screen printing better, but isn't waterproof. If the bags will be set down on wet grass or in a bus luggage compartment, choose a polyester version with a waterproof coating.

Printing methods and sizes

The standard print area on a bag is usually 200×150 mm on the front or 110×90 mm on the side near the zip. For embroidery, we recommend a logo without fine text elements — letter heights below 4 mm tend to blur together in embroidery. We expect files in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), CMYK; 300 dpi for raster images.

Team names and numbers

If each bag needs a player's surname or number, we use DTF transfer — it allows the text to be changed for each item without an extra setup fee for each screen printing frame. A combination also works: club logo in screen printing, surname in DTF.

How much a team set costs

Below are indicative calculations for a team of 25 players, with one-colour screen printing or embroidery in a single location. The bag price is taken at the 100-pc level; at 25 pcs the price per piece will be slightly higher.

The setup fee (screen printing frame or embroidery digitising) is a one-off cost and is always listed separately for each item in the quote, so you can see how the price changes as the quantity increases.

Lead times and process

Bags with printing are usually completed in 6–10 business days: production and printing take 4–7 business days depending on quantity, and delivery takes 2–3 days. We consider urgent jobs separately — if the bags are in stock and the print is single-colour, we can sometimes complete the order faster.

The process is simple: add the items to a request on our website or email us. Within one business day, we send a quote online and as a PDF with product images, prices, print location, setup fee and lead time for each item. On request, we prepare a 3D view with your logo so you can see the proportions on the bag. The artwork needs to be approved by email, and only then do we start printing.

If the team also needs training kit or hoodies at the same time, this can be combined into a single order — we do garment printing at our own facility on Kandavas iela 29A, so the logo colours on the bag and on the shirt match.

Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum quantity for travel bags with logo printing?

We also work with a single piece — DTF transfer allows this without a large setup fee. Screen printing and embroidery are more cost-effective from 25–50 pcs, but we can technically do smaller quantities too.

Screen printing or embroidery on a duffel bag?

Embroidery is more durable and looks better on dense materials, such as the Trace 50 l bag. Screen printing is cheaper for large runs and reproduces a large, flat logo better. If the logo is multicoloured with gradients, choose DTF.

Are the bags waterproof?

The Camper series bags (5 l and 10 l) are made from waterproof recycled polyester. Cotton bags, such as Cochichuate or Peru, won't keep out moisture — they're meant for training and everyday use.

How long does an order take?

Usually 6–10 business days: 4–7 days for production and printing, 2–3 days for delivery. We state the lead time for each item in the quote.

In what format should I send the logo?

Vector graphics: .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg, in CMYK. If you only have a raster image, it needs to be at least 300 dpi at the print size. If you don't have a vector file, we can redraw it.

Can each player have their own surname printed?

Yes, using DTF transfer. Clubs usually place the logo on one side and the surname with a number on the other — this doesn't increase the order cost as much as separate screen printing frames would.
