Workwear with logo: jackets, vests and caps for construction
A guide to choosing logo workwear for factories and construction sites: catalogue models, embroidery vs DTF comparison, indicative prices and lead times.

A logo workwear set usually costs from 35 to 90 EUR per person (excl. VAT) — for example, a vest, polo shirt and cap with an embroidered logo in two places. The standard lead time is 5–10 business days from design approval, and we work with anything from a single sample piece to 100+ sets for a crew. Most often, we produce vests, fleece jackets, work trousers and caps for factories and construction companies, with embroidery on the chest and DTF transfer printing on the back.
Where to start: clothing layers and work environment
Before choosing specific models, it's worth breaking the clothing down into layers. In a factory with a stable temperature, a T-shirt or polo and a vest are enough. On a construction site you need a third layer — a fleece jacket or sweatshirt that can be put on and taken off without covering the logo.
- Base layer: T-shirt or polo shirt, 160 g/m², logo on the chest.
- Mid layer: vest with pockets or a microfleece jacket.
- Outer layer: zip-up sweatshirt or jacket, large logo on the back.
- Headwear: peaked cap or beanie with embroidered logo.
Important: if the crew works in a road zone or an area requiring high-visibility gear, certified reflective workwear is mandatory, and we only place the logo in spots that don't reduce the area of the reflective strips.
Models from our catalogue
Below are the workwear models most often ordered by Latvian factories and construction companies. All come in a wide range of colours, so the logo colour can be matched to your brand style.
| Model | Type | Weight | Colour options |
|---|---|---|---|
| Almanzor | Multifunctional vest with high collar | — | 43 |
| Venera | V-neck vest with several pockets | 200 g/m² | 42 |
| Armada | Vest with multiple pockets | — | 24 |
| Terrano | Unisex microfleece jacket | — | 24 |
| Maverick | Men's sweatshirt with half-zip | 280 g/m² | 24 |
| Samurai | Antibacterial polo shirt, short sleeves | 160 g/m² | 24 |
| Expedition | Men's T-shirt, short sleeves | 160 g/m² | 24 |
| Panacea | Unisex short-sleeve work blouse | 160 g/m² | 70 |
| Daily Stretch | Stretch work trousers | 250 g/m² | 60 |
| Trooper | Work trousers | 250 g/m² | 48 |
| Vademecum | Unisex work trousers | 160 g/m² | 56 |
| Tahoe | Work shorts | 250 g/m² | 24 |
If you work with food or medical equipment, the Samurai polo with antibacterial finish is a practical choice. For the summer season, factories often go for Vademecum trousers (lighter, 160 g/m²) and Tahoe shorts, while for winter it's the Trooper or Daily Stretch 250 g/m² trousers plus the Terrano fleece.
Alongside the main set, companies often order small practical items with a logo too — the Lutz 28-LED magnetic pocket torch with laser engraving, or the Celestia foldable desk lamp made from recycled plastic. These also work well as a Christmas gift for your team or subcontractors.
Embroidery or DTF: which to choose for workwear
For workwear, embroidery is the most durable solution — it withstands frequent washing at 40–60 °C and doesn't peel off, even with friction from tools and belts. DTF printing is more cost-effective when the logo is multicoloured, has gradients or a photo, or when a large print area is needed on the back.
| Technology | When to use | Indicative price per placement |
|---|---|---|
| Embroidery | Logo up to 10 cm, vests, jackets, caps, polos | from 4 EUR |
| DTF | Multicoloured logo, large print area on the back | from 4 EUR |
| Screen printing | 50+ pieces, 1–3 colours, T-shirts | from 1.50 EUR |
Prices are indicative, excl. VAT, and depend on quantity, stitch count or print size. For caps we almost always recommend embroidery — they're washed less often but get a lot of friction, and a printed logo on the front cracks quickly. You'll find more information on technologies in our clothing printing section, and cap models in the Caps section.
Where to place the logo
Standard placement for a crew: small logo on the left chest (7–9 cm wide), company name or website on the back (25–30 cm wide), and job title on the sleeve if needed. If the clothing has several layers, place the logo on each layer — otherwise, once the vest comes off, the worker is left without identification.
Indicative set prices
| Set | Contents | Indicative price per person |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | T-shirt + cap, embroidery in 1 spot | from 22 EUR |
| Factory | Polo + vest, embroidery in 2 spots | from 48 EUR |
| Construction | Trousers + polo + vest + cap | from 85 EUR |
| Winter add-on | Fleece jacket or sweatshirt with logo | from 42 EUR |
Prices excl. VAT and indicative. When ordering 25 sets or more, the unit price usually drops by 10–20%, as the printing setup costs (embroidery program, screen printing stencils) are spread across a larger quantity.
Sizing, files and lead times
For workwear, we don't recommend guessing sizes by eye. We order one sample set, the crew tries it on, and only then do we draw up the size list. This takes an extra week but prevents a situation where half the jackets end up sitting on a shelf.
- Files: logo in vector format — .ai, .eps or .pdf, CMYK. Embroidery requires a simplified logo without fine details under 1 mm.
- Lead times: 5–10 business days from artwork approval, depending on quantity and technology; 100+ sets with embroidery — up to 10 business days. Rush jobs by agreement.
- Reorders: if you hire new staff six months later, we keep the embroidery program on file, so a repeat order looks identical to the first one.
Alongside clothing, companies also often order other items with a logo — tool bags, thermal mugs or notebooks. You can browse these in the promotional products section, or the full range of printing services in our shop.
FAQ
What's the minimum order quantity for logo workwear?
We work with single pieces too — for example, if you need a sample or an item for a new employee. However, it's more cost-effective from 10 pieces in one print design, as the setup costs are then spread more widely.
Does an embroidered logo withstand industrial washing?
Yes, quality embroidery withstands washing at 60 °C and hundreds of cycles. If the clothing is washed by an outsourced laundry service using chemicals, we recommend embroidery rather than printing.
How long will it take to receive 50 sets with a logo?
Usually 7–10 business days from design and size approval. If you need it sooner, get in touch — we can often deliver part of the order faster.
Can you print on workwear that we supply ourselves?
Yes, we also print on customer-supplied materials. Beforehand, we ask for one piece for a test, to check how the fabric reacts to heat and pressure.
Can one order include different colours and models?
Yes. It's common for managers to have polos in one colour while the crew has vests in another. We prepare the logo file so it looks good on every background.
