What you can actually buy for €15 with a logo
With this budget there are two approaches. The first is one larger item: a hoodie, a lunch box or a thermal mug with full-colour printing. The second is a bundle of 3–4 smaller items in a tote bag, which visually looks more generous and is easier to hand out at a year-end event.
For HR teams working with a fixed amount per person, the bundle option usually works better: starting from €5 you can already put together a bag with a pen, sticky notes and a torch, and the risk of going over budget is lower.

Up to €15 per person
Urban 280 g/m² hoodie (11.49) with single-colour screen printing or embroidery on the left chest (110×90 mm), or MIYO lunch box (11.28) with full-colour digital printing plus a pen and a bag. When to order to receive by December
October is the right time. Printed promotional products usually take 6–10 business days: production 4–7 business days depending on quantity, and delivery 2–3 days. If your event is in the second week of December, the order and approved artwork must be in place by mid-November at the latest – after that, workload increases and stock of the most popular colours starts running out.
Our own in-house printing – stickers, greeting cards, gift cards, calendars – is faster: 1–3 business days. So you can still add year-end cards or stickers for packaging at the last moment.
How we prepare a quote
Add the products to a request in the catalogue or simply tell us how many people and what the budget per person is. Within one business day we send a quote online and as a PDF with product images, prices, print location, set-up fee and lead time for each item. On request, we also add a 3D view with your logo, so you can show it to management before the decision.
We expect files in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), CMYK; 300 dpi for raster. The artwork must be approved by email – we only start production after that.
Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum order quantity? Many items, such as the Ida umbrella, the Oriole bag or the Flare torch, are available from as little as 1 piece. For the Americano® thermal mug and the MIYO box, the price is listed from 50 pcs, and for sticky notes from 250 pcs. Socks with a woven logo start from 100 pairs.
Does the €15 budget include print set-up? The set-up fee (die, screen, embroidery program) is a one-off cost and is listed separately on the quote. At 100 pieces it usually works out to €0.05–0.20 per item; at 20 pieces the impact is more noticeable – we take this into account and suggest a printing method that costs less for small runs.
Can several products be combined in one order? Yes, that's usually how bundles are put together. If the items belong to the same supply group, the lead time stays at 6–10 business days; if any item has a longer lead time, we note it on the relevant line of the quote.
