Branded office stationery is the cheapest way to get your company name onto a desk — and keep it there for months. Indicative prices start from around EUR 0.45 per pen with pad printing and from EUR 3.50 for an A5 notebook with single-colour printing (excl. VAT, depending on quantity). The standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from artwork approval; rush orders can be arranged on request. We also work with small quantities, but from 100 pieces the unit price drops noticeably.
What "branded office stationery" includes
In practice, an office set consists of three main groups: writing instruments (pens, pencils, letter openers), paper products (notebooks, notepads, sticky notes) and document holders (folders, presentation folders, conference folders with a notepad slot).
Before choosing, it helps to understand what the item is for. For a conference or seminar, a soft-cover notebook and a simple pen are enough. For client meetings and partner gifts, a hardback notebook with embossing works better. For internal office use — go for the simplest and cheapest option, since the item wears out with daily use.

Pens: what to choose
A plastic ballpoint pen with single-colour pad printing is the standard choice for mass events — it's the cheapest item in the whole range. A metal-bodied pen with laser engraving costs more but looks more premium and the engraving doesn't wear off. A practical tip: on dark anodised aluminium, the engraving comes out light and high-contrast, whereas on a glossy chrome surface the logo is harder to read.
If your logo is multicoloured or has fine details, on a pen it will almost always need to be simplified to a single colour — the print area is usually only 40–50 × 6 mm. See the full range in the pens section.
Folders: from the catalogue or made to your design
Folders can be handled in two ways. The first is a ready-made conference folder from the catalogue, finished with embossing or screen printing, that lasts for years. The second is a cardboard presentation folder made to your own design with full-colour offset or digital printing, folding and a pocket. The second option is better value if you need a large print run, full-colour artwork and single-use folders for an event. Files and turnaround times
Please submit your logo as a vector file — .ai, .eps or .pdf — with colours in CMYK or Pantone. If you only have a .png or .jpg, we can redraw it; we'll let you know in advance if that's needed. Before production, we always send a digital proof showing the print position and dimensions, and work only begins after written approval.
The standard turnaround for printed office stationery is 5–10 business days; for folders and other paper products it's 2–5 business days. If your event date is coming up soon, let us know right away — we can often rearrange the schedule.
