Materials: what to choose depending on use

The material determines both the look of the bag and how well the print holds up on it.

• Organic cotton (180 g/m²) – a matte, natural texture, a good choice for screen printing and DTF transfer. Suitable for event gifts, cosmetics and soap brands, and seminar sets. Not water-resistant.
• Recycled RPET / GRS polyester – a smooth, dense surface that's easy to clean, often with a laminated lining inside. Suitable for hotels, fitness clubs and travel sets.
• Recycled canvas fabric – thicker and sturdier than regular cotton, holds its shape well and looks more premium; embroidery looks particularly good on it.
• Straw paper material – lightweight, with an unusual texture, suitable for one-off event sets and presentations where visual impact and low cost matter most.

Capacities and sizes: what fits in each bag

In practice, a bag's capacity in litres matters more than its dimensions in centimetres – it immediately shows how much it will hold.

If the bag is part of a set with a towel or a bottle, we recommend choosing the 2–3.5 l version – it visually fills out a gift box without pushing the total cost over budget.

Printing methods and print areas

• DTF transfer – full-colour images, gradients, photos. Suitable for small and medium runs and for all materials listed above. Indicative print area on a cosmetic bag: 80×50 to 150×100 mm depending on the model.
• Screen printing – cost-effective for larger runs with a 1–2 colour logo, works well on cotton and canvas.
• Embroidery – only on thicker fabrics (canvas, polyester), up to 90×90 mm; gives a textured, "premium" look.
• Laser engraving – for selected models featuring a leather or wooden element.

Prices, files and lead times

The final price is made up of the item price at the relevant quantity, the printing cost per colour, and a one-off setup fee (screen or embroidery digitising). That's why this setup fee is noticeable at 10 pieces but practically evens out at 250 pieces.

• Files: vector graphics in .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg; for raster images, 300 dpi, CMYK.
• Lead times: printed promotional products usually take 6–10 business days (production 4–7 business days + delivery 2–3 days). Urgent orders – by agreement.
• Artwork: before production, we send an artwork proof for approval by email, and on request also a 3D view with your logo.
