First Aid Kits with Logo: Contents and Uses
A guide to first aid kits with logo printing: what's included in 16, 31 and 59-piece kits, prices from €1.92, and printing options.

First aid kits with logo printing are one of the most practical promotional gifts: the smallest 16-piece versions with a keyring start from €2.31/pc, 19–31-piece first aid pouches range from €4.26 to €6.57/pc, and full 59-piece bags start from €12.95/pc at 100 pcs (excl. VAT). Printing is done with screen printing or DTF transfer directly onto the fabric of the pouch, and we also work with orders of just 1 piece. Turnaround for printed promotional products is usually 6–10 business days.
Why companies choose this particular gift
A first aid kit sends a clear message — care for the safety of employees or clients. Unlike a pen or notebook, it doesn't get thrown away: the pouch stays in the car's glove compartment, a backpack, or a kitchen cupboard, and the logo is seen every time it's opened.

In practice, these are most often ordered by construction and manufacturing companies for workplace safety days, car service centres and insurers for client gifts, sports clubs for coaches' bags, schools and municipalities for summer camps, as well as companies as part of a new employee welcome package.
What's typically included in the kit
Contents vary depending on the number of items. It's important to understand that "31 pieces" means individual units, not 31 different types of material — a large share consists of plasters in various sizes.
16–19-piece kit
Plasters, one or two sterile gauze pads, a disinfecting wipe, a safety pin, scissors or tweezers, and disposable gloves. Suitable as a pocket-sized or keyring format for everyday minor injuries.
30–31-piece kit
Also includes an elastic bandage, adhesive tape, alcohol wipes, a gauze swab, and sometimes a rescue mask for mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. This version is typically chosen as a car or home first aid kit.
59-piece kit
A more complete set with several bandage sizes, a triangular bandage for arm immobilisation, adhesive plaster tape, scissors, tweezers, gloves, and several dozen plasters. Suitable for an office, workshop, or team van.
Alongside classic first aid pouches, related safety products also fit well — an emergency thermal blanket and a fire blanket, which are often ordered together with a first aid kit as a safety bundle for a car or kitchen.

Printing: what works on a first aid pouch
We print the small fabric pouches (polyester, nylon) in two ways. Screen printing is more cost-effective at larger quantities and for a simple one- or two-colour logo — the ink soaks into the fabric and withstands friction well. DTF transfer suits multicolour logos, gradients and small text, and is more economical at low quantities, since there's no need to prepare a separate screen for each colour.
For hard plastic casings, such as the packaging of an emergency thermal blanket, we use a digital sticker — full-colour printing with contour cutting, which also allows for a photo or QR code. If you'd like such a solution on its own, see sticker printing.
The print area on first aid pouches is usually 50–80 mm wide. If your logo is very detailed, we recommend preparing a simplified version — for example, just the symbol without a small tagline.
Files and how ordering works
The logo should be in vector format — .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg, colours in CMYK. If you only have a raster file, it should be at least 300 dpi at the actual print size.
The process is simple: add products to a request in the catalogue or email us with the approximate quantity. Within one business day we send a quote online and as a PDF with product images, prices, print location, set-up fees and lead time for each item. On request, we prepare a 3D preview with your logo so you can see the proportions before production. Artwork approval can be done by email.
Production takes 4–7 business days depending on quantity, with delivery in Latvia taking 2–3 days. Urgent orders can be arranged by agreement.
What to combine a safety kit with
If you're putting together a gift set, a first aid pouch pairs well with reflective products, a sports bottle, or a tote bag. For workplace safety days, a first aid pouch is often ordered together with a printed T-shirt or cap — you'll find these in the clothing printing section.
Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum order quantity?
We also work with orders of just 1 piece. However, printing involves a set-up fee, so the price per piece is higher for small quantities; it becomes more cost-effective starting from 25–50 pcs, and at 100 pcs the prices are already at the level shown in the table.
Do the kits meet the requirements for a car first aid kit?
These are promotional and everyday-use kits, not certified medical devices. They work great as an additional first aid pouch in a bag, office, or at home, but they do not replace the mandatory car first aid kit.
How long does the content stay valid?
Plasters and sterile wipes have an expiry date, usually several years from production. If you order kits in bulk and distribute them gradually, we recommend not planning a stock for several years ahead.
Which printing method should I choose — screen printing or DTF?
One- or two-colour logo at a larger quantity — screen printing. Multicolour logo, gradients, or a small quantity — DTF transfer. In our quote we include both options with prices, so you can compare.
Can a QR code or contact information be added?
Yes. A QR code is better printed with DTF or a digital sticker rather than screen printing, since it requires precise edges. The minimum QR code size on fabric is about 20×20 mm.
How quickly will I get a price?
We send a quote with images, prices and lead times within one business day of receiving your request.
If you know the approximate quantity and budget, email info@attaprint.lv, call +371 25776699, or send a message via WhatsApp to the same number — we prepare a quote with prices by quantity and printing options within one business day. You'll also find our contact details and address in Riga, Kandavas iela 29A, in the Contacts section.
