If you order in early October, everything will be on the pitch before the first home games in November, with time to spare for Christmas gift sets for supporters and sponsors. Socks with a woven club logo are the only item with a higher minimum order – from 100 pairs.
The winter package plan: what a club typically orders
Experience with Latvian clubs shows that a winter order usually splits into three parts, each with its own timeline and budget.
- Team and coaches: warm hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, embroidery with the logo on the chest.
- Supporters and the fan shop: caps, scarves, thermal mugs, T-shirts, keyrings, reflectors for the youngest age groups.
- Pitch and hall: PVC banners, roll-up banner stands, beach flags, stickers for doors and equipment, posters for the match calendar.
Our recommendation: first lock down the vector logo file and the club colours (CMYK or Pantone), then choose the products. That way the same identity works equally well on an embroidered beanie and a 3-metre-wide banner.
Warm caps: what to check to avoid mistakes
Knitted beanies are a winter bestseller, suitable both for the team and for sale to supporters. In practice, the choice is between single-layer and double-knit lined beanies – the double-knit version is warmer and holds its shape better after washing. The caps and beanies category includes both classic knitted beanies and caps with a folded cuff, which suit an embroidered logo or a woven fabric label well.
Keep two things in mind: fine lines and thin text blur when embroidered on knitted fabric, so the logo needs to be simplified; the recommended embroidery area is up to 90×90 mm. If the logo is multicoloured with a gradient, it's better to use a sew-on label or a DTF sticker on the cap's brim.
Thermal mugs and flasks
A thermal mug is something coaches and parents use every day throughout the winter, making it one of the club's most effective advertising spots. The thermal mug category offers 350–500 ml vacuum-insulated stainless steel mugs; printing options include laser engraving (single colour, durable) or full-colour UV printing.

Beach flags work well for outdoor training and winter runs – they stay upright even in wind and can be set up in 5 minutes.
Always ask sponsors for a vector version of their logo for sponsor banners. If a sponsor provides an 800 px JPG, it will look blurry on a 3 m banner, and reprinting costs more than waiting one extra day for the correct file.

Lead times and files
Artwork needs to be in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), CMYK; raster images at 300 dpi at actual size. We send quotes within one business day online and as a PDF with product images, prices and lead times; on request, we prepare a 3D mock-up with the club logo so management can approve it without a meeting. Artwork is approved by email, and only then does production begin.
