Sports Bottles with Logo: Models, Volumes and Materials in One Place
Sports bottles with logo in 500–650 ml: materials, lid types, 360° digital printing and screen printing, indicative prices and 3–10 business day turnaround.

Sports bottles with logo are one of the most practical promotional products on the Latvian market: the most popular volumes are 500 ml and 650 ml, the material is food-safe plastic, and printing is done either with 360° digital printing (a full-colour image wrapping around the body) or screen printing on round surfaces (1–3 colours). The indicative price starts from around EUR 3.50 per piece excl. VAT for an order of 100 pcs, including single-colour printing, and the usual turnaround is 5–10 business days. We also work with smaller quantities, but from 250+ pieces the price per unit drops noticeably.
Who sports bottles suit best
Sports clubs order them for teams and competition participants, schools for sports days and graduates, companies for employee sets and conferences. Unlike one-off giveaways, a bottle is used every day, so logo visibility lasts a long time — in practice, a good-quality bottle lasts at least 1–2 years.

If you're putting together a set, the bottle is often combined with a T-shirt or hoodie: for example, the *Bahrain 135 g/m²* sports T-shirt (polyester, available in a wide range of colours) and the *Charon 240 g/m²* unisex hoodie make a logical team set together with the bottle. You can browse the full clothing range in the clothing printing section.
Models from our catalogue
Below are the sports bottles currently in our core range. In addition, the catalogue also offers thermal flasks and metal water bottles; you'll find the full assortment in the water bottles section.
| Model | Volume | Material | Lid | Printing options | Colours |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| H2O Active® Base | 650 ml | Plastic | Spout (sport lid) | 360° digital printing, screen printing | 31 |
| H2O Active® Base | 650 ml | Plastic | Flip lid | 360° digital printing, screen printing | 26 |
| Baseline® Plus | 500 ml | Plastic | Flip-top | Screen printing on round surfaces | 24 |
The number of colours in the table refers to the available body and lid combinations — this lets you match the bottle to a class, club or company brand colour at no extra cost.
Spout or flip lid
A spout (push-pull) lid is more convenient for running and cycling — the bottle can be opened with your teeth without letting go of the handlebar. A flip lid gives a larger drinking opening, so it's better suited to the gym, the office and team sports where people drink during breaks. For children's groups we usually recommend the spout lid, as it spills less.
Volumes: 500 ml or 650 ml
The 500 ml bottle is more compact, fits into a bicycle bottle holder and a side pocket of a bag — a good choice for schools and event participant sets. The 650 ml is the standard for training sessions: enough for a whole session without refilling. The print area on the 650 ml model is around 20–25% larger, so if your logo contains small text or a QR code, choose the larger one.
Printing: 360° digital printing or screen printing
360° digital printing lets you print a full-colour image, photo or colour gradient all around the body. This technology pays off if the design has more than three colours or if you want a pattern covering the whole bottle. The set-up fee is usually lower than for screen printing with many colours.
Screen printing on round surfaces is the classic method for 1–3 colour logos. The colour is dense, washable, and for larger quantities (300+ pcs) it costs less per piece. Each colour has a separate set-up fee, so it isn't economical for multi-colour designs.
| Printing type | Number of colours | Suitable for | Set-up (indicative) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Screen printing | 1–3 | Simple logo, text | from EUR 25 per colour |
| 360° digital | Unlimited | Photos, gradients, patterns | from EUR 40 per job |
Indicative prices and quantities
Prices are stated excl. VAT, with single-colour printing on one side. The exact amount depends on the model, colour, print area and technology.
| Quantity | 500 ml (indicative) | 650 ml (indicative) |
|---|---|---|
| 50 pcs | from EUR 4.90/pc | from EUR 5.60/pc |
| 100 pcs | from EUR 3.90/pc | from EUR 4.50/pc |
| 250 pcs | from EUR 3.40/pc | from EUR 3.90/pc |
| 500 pcs | from EUR 3.00/pc | from EUR 3.50/pc |
In practice, the minimum order with printing is 25 pieces — for smaller quantities, the set-up cost would be spread over too few units. If you need 1–5 bottles, we offer an alternative solution with a sticker or another product from the promotional products section.
Files, samples and turnaround
Please send your logo as vector graphics (.ai, .eps or .pdf) with text converted to outlines/curves. Specify colours in PANTONE or CMYK values — for screen printing, colours are matched by PANTONE, while digital printing uses CMYK. Raster files (.jpg, .png) can only be used if the resolution is at least 300 dpi at print size.
Before production, we send a digital visualisation of the logo on your chosen bottle colour. The standard turnaround after artwork approval is 5–10 business days; urgent jobs are handled by agreement and depending on stock availability. During the summer season (May–July), the most popular colours tend to sell out faster, so for competitions and camps we recommend planning 3–4 weeks ahead.
Frequently asked questions
Can bottles with a logo be washed in a dishwasher?
Both screen printing and 360° digital printing are wash-resistant, but in the long run we recommend hand-washing with lukewarm water. Repeated hot-cycle washing will gradually fade any print on a plastic surface.
How large can a logo on a bottle be?
For screen printing, the typical area is around 60 × 50 mm on one side; for 360° digital printing, a band wraps around the body, roughly 200 × 70 mm depending on the model. We specify the exact area in the artwork.
Can I order a single sample before a large order?
Yes, we can supply an unprinted bottle as a sample so you can check the size and material. A printed sample isn't economical, as the set-up cost is the same as for a full run — instead, we send a digital visualisation.
Can I combine different bottle colours in one order?
Yes, as long as the total quantity reaches the minimum order size and the print design is the same. Changing the print colour between batches incurs an additional set-up fee.
How long does delivery to other regions take?
In Riga, delivery or pick-up at Kandavas iela 29A is available on the day the order is ready. To other Latvian cities, courier delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after the order is ready.
Send your logo and desired quantity to info@attaprint.lv or message us on WhatsApp at +371 25776699 — we'll prepare a quote with a visualisation within one business day.
