On metal and anodised aluminium it produces a contrasting, hard-wearing mark; on dark plastic, a lighter tone. Always single colour. The optimal logo size on a speaker body is 25–40 mm wide, and on a headphone case 15–25 mm. Thin fonts under 0.8 mm and small text don't come out well.
UV and pad printing
UV printing allows multi-colour logos on flat plastic surfaces, while pad printing works on slightly curved ones. Here you need to factor in an extra charge per colour (usually 0.15–0.40 EUR/pc. per colour) and a one-off cliché setup fee.
Printing on packaging

Files, lead times and logistics
Please submit your logo as vector graphics (.ai, .eps or .pdf), with text converted to outlines, in CMYK colour space. For laser engraving, a single-colour black version is enough. Before production we send a layout with the print position and dimensions in millimetres – this needs written approval.
Lead times: for printed products (stickers, boxes, cards) allow 2–5 business days. For promotional products with printing from the catalogue, 5–10 business days after artwork approval, since product delivery is added on top. If your event date is close, let us know right away: urgent jobs are arranged by agreement, and sometimes switching to a model that's already in stock helps.
How to cut costs without losing the impact
- Combine one higher-value gift for key partners with a cheaper item for a wider circle – for example, a speaker for 20 people and a tech pouch for 150.
- Choose one print position and one colour: two positions raise the price by 0.50–1.50 EUR per piece.
