Files, printing and lead times

Logos should be supplied as vector files (.ai, .eps or .pdf) in CMYK colour mode. If you only have a PNG or JPG, we'll redraw it in vector format — this usually takes one extra business day. For sublimation and digital printing, high-resolution raster files (at least 300 dpi at actual size) can also be used.

The standard lead time for catalogue items with printing is 5–10 business days from artwork approval. Stickers, banners and posters are completed in 2–5 business days. Sublimation printing penetrates the polyester fibre, so the colour doesn't peel off and the towel stays soft. Sublimation isn't suitable for cotton terry towels — for those we use embroidery.
