Branded Bike and Beach Products for Summer Campaigns
A guide to branded bike and beach products: seat covers from €0.87, bells from €1.17, cooler bags from €1.05, sun hats from €1.49 at 100 pcs.

Branded bike products for summer campaigns in Latvia start from €0.87 per piece — that's the price for a bicycle seat cover with screen printing or DTF transfer, while a branded bicycle bell costs from €1.17 at 100 pcs. On the beach and outdoor events side, the most popular items are cooler bags (from €1.05 at 100 pcs) and sun hats (from €1.49 at 100 pcs). Production with printing usually takes 4–7 business days plus 2–3 days for delivery, so items ordered in mid-July will still safely reach you for August events.
Why bike and beach products work for outdoor campaigns
The logic of summer campaigns differs from office gifts: the product is used outdoors, in public spaces, and the logo is seen by strangers. A bicycle seat cover, bell or sun hat are low-cost items that naturally fit into cycling races, city festivals, sports club promotions and municipal safety campaigns.

The second argument is cost per contact. At a run of 300–500 pcs, a seat cover or bell costs less than a cup of coffee, yet lasts the whole season. More expensive items — waterproof bike bags or large cooler bags — work better as prizes, team gear or partner gifts rather than mass giveaways.
Price guide at 100 pcs
Prices are indicative, excl. VAT, and include the product without printing; the setup fee and printing are calculated separately depending on the number of colours and technology.
| Product | Colour options | Printing | Price from (100 pcs) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jesse bicycle seat cover (recycled PET) | 7 | screen printing, DTF, heat transfer | €0.87 |
| Spectrum cooler bag for 6 cans, 4 l | 6 | screen printing | €1.05 |
| Bellix bicycle bell | 4 | pad printing, doming sticker, digital | €1.17 |
| Solaris polyester sun hat, 130 g/m² | 5 | depends on material, individually assessed | €1.49 |
| Kumla cooler bag, 4 l | 3 | screen printing, DTF, heat transfer | €2.37 |
| Marisol nylon sun hat, 105 g/m² | 3 | depends on material, individually assessed | €2.61 |
| Lighthouse cooler bag, 21 l | 4 | screen printing, DTF, heat transfer | €3.39 |
| Oslo 2-compartment cooler bag, 13 l | 5 | screen printing, DTF, heat transfer | €5.00 |
| Aqua waterproof bike bag, 20 l | 1 | DTF, embroidery, heat transfer | €24.54 |
At 250 and 500 pcs, the price per piece drops, and the setup fee is spread over a larger run — so the difference between 100 and 300 pcs is often smaller than it first appears.

Which printing suits which product
Fabric and non-woven products
For seat covers and cooler bags we most often use screen printing (1–2 colours, cost-effective from 100 pcs) or DTF transfer if the logo is full-colour or has a gradient. Screen printing on non-woven material gives a matte, durable result; DTF is more flexible for complex logos and small runs.
Hard surfaces
For the bicycle bell, pad printing (precise 1–2 colour printing on a small area) or a full-colour doming sticker, which gives a raised, spherical effect on the cap, works well. Doming looks great when the logo has multiple colours or fine details.
Hats
For hats, we match the printing method to the specific fabric — nylon and lightweight polyester usually get heat transfer, thicker fabrics get embroidery up to 90×90 mm. We note this for each item in the quote. Team gear is often complemented with clothing printing — T-shirts printed on the chest 110×90 mm or on the back up to 280×210 mm.
Timelines in July and August
Mid-summer delivery schedules are busier, so plan with some buffer. Printed promotional products from the catalogue are usually ready in 6–10 business days: production 4–7 business days depending on quantity and printing method, plus 2–3 days for delivery. Urgent jobs are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Our own in-house printing is faster: stickers, business cards, posters and banners — 1–3 business days. This lets you combine, for example, a banner for a cycling race number zone, beach flags and participant hats in one order, even if catalogue items arrive a few days later.
How ordering works
Add the products to a request on our website, or simply tell us what you need and how many. Within one business day we send you an online quote and a PDF with product images, prices, print area, setup fee and lead time for each item. On request, we prepare a 3D mockup with your logo so you can see the proportions on the actual product.
We need files as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), in CMYK colours; raster images need 300 dpi. The artwork must be approved by email — we only start production after that.
FAQ
What's the minimum order quantity for branded bike products?
We also work with orders of 1 piece, but screen printing and pad printing jobs become cost-effective from 50–100 pcs, as the setup fee is spread over the run. For socks with a woven-in logo, the minimum is 100 pairs.
Can a full-colour logo be applied to a bicycle bell?
Yes. The Bellix bell works well with a full-colour doming sticker or digital printing, which reproduce gradients and fine details; a 1–2 colour logo is cheaper with pad printing.
How long do I need to wait for products if I order in mid-July?
Usually 6–10 business days including delivery: production 4–7 business days depending on quantity, plus 2–3 days for delivery. If you order in mid-July, products reach you in early August.
Are cooler bags suitable as prizes rather than mass giveaways?
More expensive items — the Oslo 13 l from €5.00 or the Stockholm foldable cooler bag 10 l from €9.33 at 100 pcs — are usually used as prizes or partner gifts. For mass giveaways, the Spectrum 4 l or Kumla 4 l are a better fit.
Can I see how the logo will look on the product?
Yes, on request we prepare a 3D mockup with your logo in the relevant print area, and we always send the artwork for approval by email before production.
Can I combine catalogue products and my own printing in one order?
Yes. We print stickers, posters and banners in-house at Kandavas iela 29A within 1–3 business days and coordinate delivery with catalogue items.
