Christmas Gifts for Companies: When to Order to Make It in Time
Christmas gifts for companies with a logo should be ordered by the end of October for larger quantities and by 20 November for standard orders. Deadlines, prices and recommendations.

Christmas gifts for companies with a logo should ideally be ordered by the end of October if the quantity exceeds 100 pieces or embroidery is needed, and by 20 November for standard printing on mugs, pens or notebooks. Today, 23 September, there's still plenty of time for every option — production itself takes 5–10 business days, but workload increases in the second half of November and choice narrows, as the most popular models and colours sell out.
Why September and October are the right time
Ordering gifts isn't just about printing. In reality, it's four stages: choosing the product and approving samples, preparing the artwork, printing, and packaging. Each stage takes time, and it's usually the coordination with the client — not the production itself — that takes the longest.
The second reason is stock levels. For textiles and jackets, the most popular colours and medium sizes always run out first. If you're planning, for example, *Banff* men's and women's hybrid insulated jackets (the men's model comes in 12 colours), the full range is still available in October — rarely so in December.
Deadline table by product type
| Product / technology | Recommended order date | Production time |
|---|---|---|
| Jackets, sweatshirts with embroidery | by 24 October | 7–10 business days |
| Beanies, T-shirts with printing | by 7 November | 5–8 business days |
| Mugs, thermal mugs, thermos flasks | by 14 November | 5–7 business days |
| Pens, notebooks, ice scrapers | by 20 November | 5–7 business days |
| Greeting cards, stickers, packaging | by 28 November | 2–5 business days |
| Urgent jobs (small quantity, 1 colour) | by 8 December | by agreement |
These dates are indicative and assume the artwork is already ready in vector format. If the artwork still needs to be created, add 2–4 business days. Production time is counted from artwork approval.
What to choose from the catalogue this season
There are two routes for a seasonal gift: a practical item people actually use in winter, or something with festive character. Both work as long as the print is precise and the packaging is tidy.
- Banff men's hybrid insulated jacket — 12 colours, suited for a team gift with an embroidered logo on the chest.
- Banff women's hybrid insulated jacket — the same model in a women's cut, so the set looks consistent.
- Izu beanie — knitted beanie, 4 colours; a good gift for event attendees and sports clubs.
- Thrym rectangular ice scraper made of recycled plastic — available with digital printing, screen printing and pad printing; an inexpensive but genuinely useful gift.
- Chilly large ice scraper made of recycled plastic — a bigger option with digital printing or pad printing.
- Originalhome Christmas tree candle, set of 2 – M — wax candle shaped like a Christmas tree, a nice addition to a gift box.
- Originalhome Christmas tree candle – L — larger size, suitable as a standalone gift for clients.
You can browse the full range in the promotional products with logo section, while clothing and headwear have dedicated pages — clothing printing and headwear.

How to prepare files to avoid delays
Send your logo as vector graphics: .ai, .eps or .pdf, with colours in CMYK or specified as Pantone shades. A raster file (.jpg, .png) from a website is usually not suitable for embroidery or pad printing, and redrawing it takes extra time.
Before production, we send a digital artwork proof showing the print placement and size in millimetres. For textiles and embroidery, we can also prepare a physical sample — this adds 3–5 business days, so it needs to be arranged already in October.
Packaging and add-ons
A gift is often judged by its packaging. Practical solutions include: a greeting card with a company message, a sticker with the logo on the box, or a tote bag holding a candle and beanie together.
We produce cards and stickers in 2–5 business days, so you can order them later than the gifts themselves. If you need a personalised message — for example, each client's name — we handle this with digital printing, so reserve time for this by 28 November.
Frequently asked questions
How long should I allow from order to delivery?
In a standard case, 5–10 business days after artwork approval, depending on the product and quantity. For embroidery and larger textile orders, allow 7–10 business days, plus time for artwork approval.
What's the last date I can still order Christmas gifts?
The safe threshold is 20 November for standard products and 8 December for small, urgent orders with simple printing. After 8 December, we only work by individual agreement, depending on stock availability.
Can I order a small quantity, for example 10 pieces?
Yes. We also work with single pieces, but some technologies, such as screen printing, have set-up costs that make the unit price higher for small quantities. In such cases, we recommend digital printing or DTF transfer.
Does the print need to be vector graphics?
Yes, we recommend .ai, .eps or .pdf with CMYK colours. If you only have a raster file, redrawing the logo is possible, but it adds extra business days.
Can you prepare gift sets with several items?
Yes. The most common option is a beanie, candle and greeting card in one package. We handle the assembly and packaging ourselves.
How much does the artwork proof and sample cost?
We prepare a digital artwork proof showing the print placement free of charge. A physical sample is a paid service and adds 3–5 business days to the schedule.
Send us your planned quantity, product list and logo to info@attaprint.lv or message us on WhatsApp at +371 25776699 — we prepare a quote within one business day. Project manager Madara will help you choose options that are still available this season in the colour and size you need; all contacts are also available on the Contacts page.
