Dental Clinic Materials: Folders, T-shirts, Stickers

A practical guide for dental clinics: patient folders and reminder cards, staff clothing with logos, and stickers. Turnaround 1–3 and 6–10 business days.

Dental clinic materials: folders, T-shirts, stickers

Dental clinic materials typically fall into three groups: printed items for patients (folders, reminder cards, instruction sheets), stickers (for filing, hygiene packs, bottles, gift cards), and staff clothing with logos. Our own printing — stickers, business cards, cards, posters — is produced in 1–3 business days, while clothing and promotional products with printing need 6–10 business days (production 4–7 days + delivery 2–3 days). We also work with orders of 1 piece, though the unit price drops significantly from 100–250 pieces upwards.

Patient information materials and folders

In dentistry, a folder serves two purposes: it keeps the patient's documents together (contract, cost estimate, warranty terms, aftercare instructions) and stays with the patient at home with the clinic's contact details clearly visible. The most common order is an A4 folder with a pocket, holding 3–5 sheets of digital printing materials.

A typical set for one patient:

  • A4 folder with logo — 300 g cardboard cover, matte or gloss laminate.
  • Aftercare instructions after implantation, extraction, or whitening — A5 or A4 sheet, 170 g paper, separate design for each procedure.
  • Price list or service description — A4 sheet or booklet, which can be replaced without reprinting the whole folder.
  • Reminder card for the next visit — 90×50 mm, 350 g cardboard, back left blank or with space for the date.
  • Children's certificate for bravery at the dentist — A5, works well in family clinics.

Tip: keep changeable information (prices, list of doctors, opening hours) on separate sheets rather than on the folder itself. That way the folder can be printed in a larger batch at a lower cost, while the sheets get reprinted as needed. Folders, cards, booklets, and invitations for opening events can be found in the business cards and cards section.

Reminder cards — what to print

A working card includes: the patient's name (to be handwritten), date and time, doctor's name, clinic address, phone number, and a QR code linking to the booking system. If you use SMS reminders, the card only needs the date and a QR code for rescheduling. Leave a light-coloured area on the back — a pen won't write on a dark background.

Stickers in the clinic

Stickers are needed in a clinic more often than you might initially think. We print on paper, PP film, vinyl, transparent and metallised film, in sheets or rolls, with contour cutting in any shape.

Paper stickers are the cheapest option for internal labelling. If a sticker comes into contact with moisture, disinfectants, or is wiped clean, choose PP film — it doesn't absorb liquid and doesn't tear. Vinyl is intended for door signage, display cases, and long-term labelling.

Staff clothing with logos

Medical uniforms usually come from a specialised supplier, but around them sits a layer of clothing that clinics order separately: hoodies and sweatshirts for administrators and assistants, polo shirts for reception, T-shirts for team events and sponsored sports events, jackets for outdoor wear.

Choosing a printing technology:

  • Embroidery — the most durable option for everyday clothing, withstands frequent washing at 60 °C. Up to 90×90 mm, typically on the left chest.
  • DTF transfer — full-colour logos and small quantities, from 1 piece. A good choice if the logo has gradients.
  • Screen printing — cost-effective from 30–50 pieces in one colour, for example T-shirts for an event.
  • Sublimation — for light-coloured polyester items, such as sports shirts.

Standard printing areas: left chest 110×90 mm, front and back up to 280×210 mm, sleeve 80×60 mm. More details in the clothing printing section, and you can choose models in the polo shirts and hoodies categories.

These figures are benchmarks for the Latvian market; we calculate the exact price based on the specific format, paper, and printing method. We send an online quote and a PDF within one business day, with product images, prices, printing area, setup fee, and turnaround for each item, plus a 3D preview with your clinic's logo on request.

Files and design

Please send logos in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), colour mode CMYK, raster images at 300 dpi. If your dental brand has a style guide with Pantone colours, please specify them — blue and turquoise shades render differently on different materials, and embroidery thread is chosen based on the closest matching tone.

Before production, we send the artwork for approval by email. Please check the text carefully: doctors' names and surnames, licence number, address, phone number, and opening hours — these are the most common sources of errors, and corrections after approval mean a reprint.

FAQ

How quickly can I get patient folders and cards?

Our own printing — stickers, business cards, cards, posters — is produced in 1–3 business days after artwork approval. Folders with laminating and folding usually take 3–5 business days. Urgent jobs can be arranged separately.

Can I order just a few T-shirts with a logo?

Yes. With DTF transfer we work from 1 piece, and embroidery can also be done for 5–10 units. Screen printing becomes cost-effective from around 30–50 pieces, as it involves a setup fee for each colour.

Which stickers are suitable for bottles and hygiene sets?

For bottles, vials, and anything that comes into contact with moisture or disinfectants, use PP film — it doesn't absorb liquid. For internal document labelling, paper stickers are sufficient and the most affordable option.

Can you print different aftercare instructions in small quantities?

Yes, digital printing is particularly cost-effective for small batches — we can print, for example, 50 sheets for each procedure separately. This is more practical than printing one universal booklet where half the information isn't relevant to the patient.

How long can materials be stored, and how much should I order at once?

Stickers and cards are best ordered for a 6–12 month supply, if the information on them doesn't change. Print materials with prices or staff names in smaller batches — 200–300 pcs — so you don't need to discard outdated information.

Can you prepare a design if the clinic only has a logo?

Yes, we can prepare artwork based on your logo and text. The setup fee is included in the quote for each item, so the total cost is visible from the start.
