Car Stickers for Companies: Logo on Doors and Rear
A practical guide to fleet vehicle stickers: sizes for doors and the rear, film types, approximate prices and 3–10 business day turnaround times.

Company car stickers usually consist of three elements: a logo on both front doors (typically 30×30 cm), a logo with contact details on the rear (40×25 cm) and, if needed, a side stripe or just a phone number. We make these from matte or gloss self-adhesive vinyl with contour cutting, and the approximate price for a full set on one passenger car starts from EUR 45 (excl. VAT), with a production time of 2–5 business days depending on the number of vehicles. We work with a single car the same way as with 20 – in larger volumes, the price per unit drops.
Where to start if your fleet has several vehicles
Before preparing the artwork, we need two pieces of information: how many vehicles and which models. Door surface areas on a Caddy, a Transit and an Octavia all differ, and the same logo file size that works on one door may run into the handle or a panel fold on a smaller surface. In practice, a phone photo of each side and the rear of the vehicle, plus an approximate measurement of the flat door area in centimetres, is usually enough.

The second decision is whether you want one universal size for the whole fleet (simpler to produce and apply, lower cost) or custom sizes for each model (looks neater, but each file needs to be prepared separately). If your fleet has 5–10 vehicles of different classes, two sizes are usually chosen: one for passenger cars, another for vans.
Sizes and placement
The readability rule is simple: letters about 2.5 cm high are legible from 3 metres away. So a phone number with 8 cm high digits on the rear will be readable from around 10 metres – a realistic distance when stopped at traffic lights.
| Location | Typical size | What to place |
|---|---|---|
| Front doors | 25×25 – 40×40 cm | Logo, website below it |
| Rear doors / boot | 35×20 – 50×30 cm | Logo + phone + website |
| Side stripe (vans) | 120–200 cm wide | Logo, 3–4 service keywords |
| Rear window | 60–100 cm wide | Text or perforated film |
| Small plate on rear fender | 10–15 cm | Logo, registration details |
Centre the door logo horizontally and position it so the bottom edge is at least 5 cm above the door's lower trim line. On the rear, keep text no closer than 3 cm from the number plate frame and the light fittings.
Materials: matte or gloss film
The standard solution is self-adhesive vinyl with full-colour printing and contour cutting following the logo shape. Gloss film gives more saturated colours and blends visually with a lacquered surface; matte is calmer, reflects less in photos and better hides slight surface unevenness.
Single-colour logos and text are often cheaper to cut from coloured vinyl – no printing, just cut-out letters and shapes. This is less expensive and looks clean on a white or dark car. Full-colour logos with gradients and photo elements require printing, and for these we recommend a protective laminate – it guards against scratches during washing and slows colour fading.

Approximate prices
Prices below are approximate, excl. VAT, and depend on size, film type, number of colours and the number of vehicles.
| Item | Approximate price |
|---|---|
| Logo on the rear, 40×25 cm | from EUR 18 |
| Logo on both front doors, 30×30 cm | from EUR 25 per set |
| Full set: 2 doors + rear | from EUR 45 per vehicle |
| Side stripe for a van, 150×30 cm | from EUR 45 |
| Cut single-colour letters (phone, website) | from EUR 12 per vehicle |
| Artwork adaptation for each car model | from EUR 20 |
From 5 vehicles upwards, the price per unit usually drops by 10–20%, since the whole set is produced in one run. If you order markings with a margin (for example, +2 sets for upcoming vehicles), the extra set costs considerably less than a separate order placed six months later.
Files and turnaround times
We need vector graphics: .ai, .eps or .pdf, CMYK, with text converted to outlines. If you only have a JPG or PNG from a website, we'll redraw the logo – this adds 1–2 extra business days. At sticker size, a 1:1 vector file is essential, since a 30 cm logo made from a small raster file will look blurry on a car door.
The standard turnaround is 2–5 business days from artwork approval. If your cars need to be ready for the season or an event by a certain date, let us know straight away – urgent jobs can be arranged by agreement.
Application and care
We produce stickers ready for application: with an application tape on top and centring marks. Apply to a clean, dry surface that is no colder than +10°C – ideally indoors or at least under cover. Degrease the surface beforehand with an alcohol solution, not with polishing products that leave a wax residue.
It's best not to wash the car for the first 48 hours after application. After that, a car wash with a high-pressure jet is fine, but keep the nozzle at least 30 cm away and avoid aiming it directly at the sticker edges. A quality laminated film on a vertical surface keeps its appearance for 3–5 years in Latvia's climate.
Brand presence beyond the vehicle
If you're marking service or field team vehicles, you often also need items that the customer sees or takes away. From our catalogue, fleets most often choose the Ono car air freshener (5 colours, digital print or full-colour doming sticker) as a thank-you gift for customers after a service visit, the Lagan 330 ml thermal mug made of stainless steel with a bamboo lid for drivers, and the Barry 23" auto-open umbrella (7 colours) for field staff. The Citala 5-in-1, 30 cm charging cable made from recycled plastic works well as a small gift during customer visits. You can browse the full range with logo printing in the promotional products section, and printing services in the large-format printing section.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a car sticker last?
Laminated full-colour film on doors and the rear keeps its colours and edges for around 3–5 years in Latvia's conditions. On horizontal surfaces (roof, bonnet) the lifespan is shorter, as sun and salt exposure is greater.
Does removing a sticker damage the car's paint?
A quality film does not damage factory lacquer. When removing it, warm it with a heat gun and peel slowly; any adhesive residue is cleaned off with a special remover. The risk is higher on repainted or damaged surfaces, so we recommend testing on a small area first.
How much does marking one vehicle cost?
Approximately from EUR 45 (excl. VAT) for a set with a logo on two doors and the rear. The exact price depends on sizes, film type, number of colours and the number of vehicles in the order.
Can you apply the stickers, or do I have to do it myself?
We produce the stickers with application tape so you can apply them yourself at your workshop or garage – we include brief instructions. If on-site application is needed, we can arrange this separately depending on the number of vehicles and location.
What file format should I send the logo in?
Vector graphics in .ai, .eps or .pdf format, CMYK colours, with text converted to outlines. If no vector file is available, we can redraw the logo for an extra fee, extending the turnaround by 1–2 business days.
How quickly can I get markings for 10 vehicles?
Typically 5–10 business days from artwork approval. Urgent orders can be completed by agreement, usually within 2–3 business days.
