Driving School Materials: Student Folders, Car Stickers, Reflectors
A guide for driving schools: vinyl markings for training cars, branded materials for students and reflectors. Lead times: 1–3 business days for printing, 6–10 days for products.

In practice, driving school materials fall into three groups: training car markings (vinyl stickers with contour cutting, durable outdoors for 3–5 years), handout materials for students (folders with a sticker, booklets, lecture notes, notebooks, pens) and branded safety products (reflectors, reflective vests, car accessories). We produce our own prints — stickers, flyers, posters — within 1–3 business days, while promotional products with logo printing from the catalogue usually take 6–10 business days (production 4–7 days + delivery 2–3 days). We also work with single pieces, so marking just one training car or producing a single sample folder is not a problem.
Training car markings
A training car needs two things that differ in material and purpose. The first is the mandatory "L" plate and student-driver markings. The second is the driving school's name, phone number and website on the doors or rear window, which effectively works as mobile advertising.

Choosing the material:
- Vinyl sticker with contour cutting — cut to the shape of the letters or logo, with no rectangular background. Suitable for the name and phone number on the car body.
- Vinyl with lamination — if the logo is multicolour or includes a photo; lamination protects against car wash brushes and UV.
- Transparent film — for the window, when you don't need a printed background.
- Interior stickers — student instructions, control labels, QR codes on the dashboard.
Regarding sizes: the standard solution is one set per car — two side stickers (usually 400–600 mm wide) and one for the rear. If your fleet has several identical cars, we produce them in one print run, which lowers the price per set. More on materials and cutting in the sticker printing section.
Training materials for students
Folders for students are usually handled in two ways. Either you buy ready-made folders and apply the driving school's sticker on them (the cheaper option, stickers from EUR 0.20/pc at 250 pcs), or the whole training set is printed as a stapled booklet. We produce both: sheet stickers as well as lecture notes, theory handouts and booklets in digital printing, from a single piece upwards.
A typical driving school set includes:
- an A5 booklet with the training schedule and rules (8–16 pages);
- A5/A6 flyers announcing a new group — for distribution in schools and shops;
- business cards for instructors, so students can find contact details without searching;
- notebooks and pens with a logo from the notebooks and paper category;
- certificate cards or diplomas for course completion.
Reflectors and safety products
Reflectors are the most logical gift for a driving school — they're both an advertising medium and a product that fits the theme perfectly. The reflective products category includes hanging reflectors, reflective bands and vests. As a rough guide, a reflector with single-colour printing starts from EUR 0.60–1.20/pc at 250 pcs, depending on shape and print area.

If you need a more practical gift, consider car accessories: a parking clock, seat organiser, ice scraper, or a first-aid pouch. These stay in the car, so the logo is seen every day.

Files, lead times and process
Please send your logo as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) in CMYK; raster images need to be 300 dpi. For car stickers, a vector file is mandatory — only then can the contour be cut precisely and scaled to several sizes without losing quality. If you don't have a vector file, we'll redraw it; we always list the artwork setup fee separately in the quote.
The process is simple: add products to the request form on our website or just tell us what you need, and within one business day we'll send a quote online and in PDF — with images, prices, print location, setup fee and lead time for each item. On request, we can prepare a 3D preview with your logo, so you can see how the sticker will look on the car or how the print will look on the product. The artwork is approved by email, and only then does production begin.
A practical planning tip: order materials for new groups (flyers, folders, booklets) 2 weeks before the group starts, but promotional products with a logo at least 3 weeks in advance, since 6–10 business days is the standard lead time. Urgent jobs can be arranged by agreement.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a vinyl sticker on a training car last?
A quality vinyl sticker lasts 3–5 years outdoors, including automatic car washing. For multicolour prints we recommend lamination — it extends the lifespan and protects against UV fading.
Can you make stickers for just one car?
Yes, we work from 1 piece upwards. For a single set, the price per piece is higher, since the setup work is the same as for a large print run; starting from 5 car sets, the price per unit drops noticeably.
Can a sticker be removed without damaging the paint?
Standard vinyl, removed correctly (with heat), doesn't damage the factory paintwork. If you plan to change the markings frequently, mention this in your request — we'll suggest a film with removable adhesive.
How much does a set of training folders cost for one group?
For example, for 30 students: stickers for folders from about EUR 12 per print run, A5 booklets (30 pcs) from about EUR 2/pc, pens from EUR 0.45/pc. The exact amount is confirmed in a quote once sizes and page counts are finalised.
Do you also print clothing for instructors?
Yes — polo shirts, jackets and vests with embroidery or DTF transfer. The standard location is the left chest, 110×90 mm, embroidery up to 90×90 mm; more details in the clothing printing section.
How do I calculate how many flyers a new group needs?
In practice, driving schools in Latvia order 500–1000 flyers per campaign — enough for distribution in schools, cafés and events. At 1000 pcs the price per piece is lower than at 500, so it's often more cost-effective to print a larger run without a date on the flyer.
Write to info@attaprint.lv or call and message us on WhatsApp at +371 25776699 — let us know the number of cars, the number of students in the group and your preferred deadline. We'll prepare a quote with prices, print locations and delivery date within one business day.
