Bachelor Party T-Shirt Printing: Ordering 1 or 10 Shirts
A guide to bachelor and bachelorette party T-shirts: printing technologies, approximate prices from €8.50 to €16 per shirt, turnaround times of 3–10 business days, and artwork requirements.

Bachelor party T-shirt printing is one of our most common small-batch orders — we work with anything from 1 shirt to 10 or 30, and we choose the technology based on quantity: up to 15 shirts, DTF (heat transfer film) is usually best, while 20–30+ shirts make screen printing more cost-effective. As a rough guide, one shirt with single-side printing costs from €16 for 1–5 pieces and from €8.50 for 30+ pieces (excl. VAT, depending on the shirt model and print area). Standard production time is 5–10 business days after artwork approval; rush orders are assessed individually.
How many shirts do you actually need
Before working out the price, it's worth deciding two things: how many people will be at the party, and whether everyone's shirt will be the same. In practice, there are three common scenarios:
- One shirt — just for the bride or groom ("Bride", "Groom", "Last Ride"). This works out pricier per piece, but we're happy to make it.
- 1 + 9 — one different shirt for the guest of honour and a matching design for everyone else. This is the most common combination, and it doesn't cost extra if both versions are printed with DTF.
- Personalised shirts — each with its own name or "role" on the back. With DTF, each shirt is a separate file, so the price per piece stays the same as for identical shirts.
If the group includes both men and women, keep in mind that shirt cuts differ — we'll send a size chart before confirming the order so the fit matches expectations.
Technologies: DTF or screen printing
DTF (for small batches)
DTF lets you print full-colour designs with photos, gradients and an unlimited number of colours, with no setup costs. It's the logical choice for 1–20 shirts. The print withstands washing at 40°C if the shirt is turned inside out before washing.
Screen printing (from 20–30 pieces)
With screen printing, each colour requires a separate screen-preparation step, so it's not cost-effective for small runs. However, from 30 shirts the price per piece drops sharply, especially with a 1–2 colour design. If you're planning 40 shirts for wedding guests or a sports club event, screen printing will be the better choice.
A third option is embroidery — for example, a small logo or name on the left chest or on a cap. It looks more polished, but it's not suitable for a large humorous design on the back. You can see all the technologies in our clothing printing section.
Approximate prices
Prices are per shirt, including the shirt itself (a plain cotton T-shirt from our catalogue) and single-side printing, excl. VAT.
| Quantity | Technology | Price per shirt | Turnaround |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–5 pcs | DTF | from €16 | 5–10 business days |
| 6–15 pcs | DTF | from €13 | 5–10 business days |
| 16–30 pcs | DTF or screen printing | from €11 | 5–10 business days |
| 30+ pcs | screen printing | from €8.50 | 5–10 business days |
Printing on the back as well (front + back) adds roughly €3–5 per shirt. The exact price depends on quantity, shirt model, print area and number of colours — so we always prepare an individual quote. You can choose the shirts themselves from our catalogue in the T-shirts section, or for cooler weather, check out sweatshirts and jackets.
Preparing your artwork
For the print to look exactly as intended, files need to be submitted correctly:
- Vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf) — required for screen printing and excellent for DTF printing. Fonts converted to outlines.
- Raster images (.png, .tif) — acceptable for DTF printing if the resolution is at least 300 dpi at the actual print size (e.g. 30 × 40 cm).
- Colours — CMYK. Bright blue or neon colours that look vivid on screen always appear slightly more muted on fabric.
- Transparent background — if the design doesn't need to be rectangular, the PNG file must have a transparent background.
If you don't have a design yet, we can create one or put it together from your text idea — a simple text-based design with a chosen font typically costs from around €20 for the artwork.
What else people order for parties
Shirts usually aren't the only item. From our catalogue, orders are often combined with:
- Caps with embroidery or printing — handy for summer events held outdoors.
- Tote bags for gift sets and party accessories.
- Mugs and thermal mugs with names — a nice keepsake after the event.
- Water bottles for active programmes (kayaking, cycling, paintball).
- Stickers with a design — can be applied to bottles, gifts or a car.
If an order includes several product groups, the overall turnaround is based on the longest of them. A wider range of products with logo printing is available in our promotional products section.
Planning your timeline
Bachelor and bachelorette parties are often planned just a week before the event, which is the main reason orders don't come together in time. A realistic schedule for 10 shirts:
- Day 1 — send us the sizes, shirt colour and design; receive a quote within one business day.
- Day 2 — artwork approval (a digital preview showing how the design will look on the shirt).
- Days 3–9 — production and printing.
- Day 10 — pick-up at Kandavas iela 29A, or courier delivery.
This means the minimum safe lead time is around 5–10 business days before the event. If you have less time, get in touch right away — we assess rush orders individually, depending on whether the shirts are in stock in the required sizes.
Frequently asked questions
Can you really print just one shirt?
Yes. DTF technology has no setup costs, so a single shirt is a perfectly normal order. Expect from around €16 per piece with single-side printing, excl. VAT.
How long will the print last when washing the shirt?
Both DTF and screen printing withstand dozens of washes if washed at 30–40°C, with the shirt turned inside out and not ironed directly over the print. It's best to avoid tumble drying.
Can I bring my own shirts?
We can print on garments brought in by the customer, but the material composition needs to be confirmed beforehand. Results differ on 100% polyester or treated water-resistant fabric, and we can't take responsibility for damage to customer-supplied materials.
Can each shirt have a different name?
Yes, personalisation with names or "roles" doesn't change the price per piece with DTF printing. Please send the list of names in a table together with the sizes, to avoid mix-ups.
What shirt colours can you offer?
Our catalogue includes white, black, grey, navy, red and other shades in various cuts. On dark fabric, DTF printing is applied with a white base layer, so colours stay vivid.
Can you also print on caps and bags in the same order?
Yes, we do this often. Caps usually suit embroidery better, while tote bags work well with screen printing or DTF.
Send us your design, quantity and sizes at info@attaprint.lv, or call or WhatsApp us at +371 25776699 — we'll prepare a quote within one business day. All our printing services are also available in our shop.
