Important: a 16" MacBook Pro-type laptop is closer to a 15.6" size than a 17" one — it fits into most 15.6" compartments. Prices are indicative, excl. VAT and without printing. For larger quantities, the price per piece drops, and the printing setup fee is also spread across the whole batch.

Printing: embroidery or heat transfer

Backpacks most commonly use embroidery or DTF transfer. Embroidery looks more solid on thicker fabric and holds up well to wear, but it doesn't reproduce fine lines and gradients — the practical size limit is up to 90×90 mm. DTF transfer reproduces full-colour logos with fine detail and is more cost-effective for small batches. Screen printing on bags works for simple one- or two-colour logos in larger quantities.

The printing area is usually the front pocket or the top part; on roll-top models, the logo is often placed on the front strap or the side. Some cotton models, such as the Joey series, have a leather trim where laser engraving is possible.

Files and artwork

Send your logo as a vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) — this is mandatory for embroidery and screen printing. Before production, we send you an artwork proof with the printing location and size; if needed, we can prepare a 3D preview with your logo on the chosen bag colour. Production starts after the artwork is approved by email.

Timelines and quantities

Backpacks with printing are usually ready in 6–10 business days: production takes 4–7 business days depending on quantity and print method, plus 2–3 days for delivery. We also work with orders of 1 piece — for example, if a new employee needs a single bag with an embroidered logo. Urgent jobs are assessed individually; we agree on the timeline before the order is placed.
