Flyer Printing: Price for 100, 500 and 1000 pcs in 2025

Guideline flyer printing prices for A6, DL, A5 and A4 formats per 100, 500 and 1000 copies, with turnaround times and file requirements.

Stacks of colourful A6/A5 flyers on a table at a print shop

Flyer printing prices in Riga in spring 2025 start at approximately 19 EUR for 100 pcs of A6 double-sided flyers on 130 g paper, approximately 32 EUR for 500 pcs and approximately 48 EUR for 1000 pcs (all prices excl. VAT). For A5 format, the same quantities cost approximately 28, 52 and 75 EUR. The larger the print run, the lower the price per piece — at 1000 pcs an A6 flyer works out to about 0.05 EUR, while at 100 pcs it's about 0.19 EUR.

Price table: flyer printing by format and quantity

The prices below are guideline prices, excl. VAT, for digital printing on 130 g gloss-coated paper, double-sided, 4+4 CMYK. The exact price depends on the print run, paper thickness, format and finishing.

Format100 pcs500 pcs1000 pcsPrice per pc (1000)
A6 (105x148 mm)~19 EUR~32 EUR~48 EUR~0.05 EUR
DL (99x210 mm)~22 EUR~38 EUR~58 EUR~0.06 EUR
A5 (148x210 mm)~28 EUR~52 EUR~75 EUR~0.08 EUR
A4 (210x297 mm)~45 EUR~90 EUR~135 EUR~0.14 EUR
A5, 170 g paper~32 EUR~60 EUR~88 EUR~0.09 EUR

For single-sided printing (4+0), expect roughly 10-15% less for small runs; for larger runs the difference shrinks, since the main cost is paper and setup.

When the price goes up

  • Thicker paper: 250-300 g flyers cost approximately 20-35% more than 130 g.
  • Finishing: matte or gloss lamination adds approximately 0.03-0.08 EUR per piece.
  • Folding: for a bifold leaflet (A4 to A5 or a euro fold), add approximately 0.02-0.04 EUR per piece.
  • Non-standard format or rounded corners: cutting and die-shaping are quoted separately.

Why 1000 pcs only costs twice as much as 100 pcs

In printing, the biggest cost component for small runs is preparation: file checking, setup, and paper cutting. These steps are the same whether you order 100 or 1000 copies. So when the print run increases tenfold, the total price only increases two to three times.

In practice, this means: if you're planning two campaigns of 500 pcs each, it's almost always more cost-effective to print 1000 pcs at once. The same logic applies across our whole price list — for example, business cards at 90x55 mm on 300 g paper cost roughly 25 EUR per set of 100, but from 3 sets onwards — from 22 EUR per set.

Flyers or a booklet? Price comparison

If your content doesn't fit on a single sheet, the next step is a saddle-stitched booklet or catalogue. In our price list, an A5 catalogue, 8 pages, 170 g, costs roughly 2.20 EUR/pc, from 50 pcs — 1.80 EUR, from 100 pcs — 1.50 EUR, from 250 pcs — 1.20 EUR, plus 15 EUR setup. An A4 catalogue, 8 pages, 170 g — 3.50 / 2.90 / 2.40 / 1.90 EUR respectively.

A5 flyer, 130 g, 2-sided~28 EUR~40 EUR
A5 catalogue, 8 pp, 170 g~150 EUR + 15 EUR setup~300 EUR + 15 EUR setup

The conclusion is simple: a flyer is the most cost-effective way to promote a single offer or event. A booklet makes sense when you have a product range, a price list, or several services to cover.

Turnaround times

We prepare standard flyer runs of up to 1000 pcs within 2-5 business days from the moment the print file is approved. For larger runs or flyers with lamination and folding, allow 5-8 business days. We consider urgent jobs individually — get in touch and we'll let you know the earliest possible deadline.

Orders can be collected at Kandavas iela 29A, Riga, or we can ship by courier.

File requirements

  • Format: PDF (also .ai or .eps), CMYK colour profile, not RGB.
  • Bleed: 3 mm on each side, with important elements at least 5 mm from the cut line.
  • Image resolution: at least 300 dpi at actual size.
  • Text converted to outlines or fonts embedded.
  • Black text — 100% K, not four-colour black, otherwise small lettering will look blurry.

If you don't have a design file, or it's in Word or Canva format, send us what you've prepared — we'll check it and let you know what needs fixing. We can also prepare a simple flyer layout from your text and logo for an additional fee.

What's often ordered together with flyers

Event organisers and cafés usually order a package: flyers, posters and table cards. An A2 poster on 200 g paper costs roughly 6.00 EUR/pc, from 10 pcs — 4.50 EUR, from 50 pcs — 3.20 EUR; an A1 poster — 9.00 / 7.00 / 5.50 EUR respectively. Ordering everything in one go means a single delivery run and a single file check, saving you time. For other printing services, see our printing services section.

Frequently asked questions

How much do 1000 A5 flyers cost?

Roughly from 75 EUR excl. VAT for 1000 pcs of A5 flyers on 130 g gloss-coated paper with double-sided printing. On 170 g paper — approximately 88 EUR. We confirm the exact price once we have the file and quantity.

Can you print just 50 flyers?

Yes, we also work with small print runs, even just a few pieces. However, keep in mind that the price per piece for small runs is high — 50 pcs often costs almost as much as 100 pcs, so we generally recommend printing at least 100.

How long does flyer printing take?

Standard runs of up to 1000 pcs — 2-5 business days after the print file is approved. With lamination or folding — up to 8 business days. For urgent jobs, please get in touch by phone and we'll look into your options.

Which paper is better for flyers?

For street distribution and mailboxes, 130 g gloss-coated paper is sufficient. If the flyers will be placed on tables at a restaurant or handed out at an exhibition, go for 170-250 g — they won't bend and will make a sturdier impression. Matte paper is more practical if people need to write on the flyer with a pen.

Does the price include design?

No, the prices listed are for printing and cutting only. A simple layout from ready-made text and a logo is quoted separately; more complex designs are assessed individually.
