How much do materials for a 2×2 m or 3×3 m exhibition stand cost? Three budget options with specific prices for roll-up banners, banners, stickers, catalogues and promotional products.
Exhibition stand costs for a small business in a 2×2 m area start at around EUR 125 excl. VAT for the printed part (business cards, stickers, posters, delivery) plus a roll-up banner. A medium set with a banner, catalogues and printed polo shirts comes to around EUR 437, while a larger 3×3 m stand with a pop-up wall, floor stickers and a bigger print run of catalogues comes to around EUR 970. Promotional products with a logo (pens, paper bags, gift sets) are quoted separately depending on the chosen model and quantity. What makes up an exhibition stand budget
For a small business, stand costs are usually split into four parts:
- Visual backdrop — a roll-up banner, PVC banner, beach flag or pop-up wall. This takes up most of the budget in the first year but is used for several seasons.
- Print materials — business cards, flyers, catalogues, price cards. Consumable material that's bought fresh for each exhibition.
- Stickers and panels — a logo on the table, floor stickers, directional signs, price panels.
- Team clothing and promotional products — polo shirts or hoodies with embroidery, pens, paper bags, gifts for your top clients.

How to plan a 2×2 m and 3×3 m stand
2×2 m stand
The wall width in reality is 1.8–1.9 m, so one roll-up banner (85 or 100 cm) plus one table sticker is enough. Don't plan two roll-up banners side by side — there won't be room for visitors to approach. A laminated sticker with your logo (EUR 24.00/m²) on the table is a good choice, as it will hold up through the exhibition week and transport.
3×3 m stand
A stand this size can fit a PVC banner 3×2 m at the back (6 m² = EUR 86.40) or a pop-up wall with fabric print, plus two roll-up banners on the sides. A floor sticker at the entrance (EUR 40.00/m²) genuinely increases foot traffic, but check whether the exhibition rules allow it.
Where you can save
- Single-colour screen printing on 100 T-shirts costs EUR 1.90/pc + EUR 35 setup; for 5 shirts, DTF is cheaper (EUR 6.00/pc, no setup fee).
- Instead of a catalogue, use an A5 booklet: 100 pcs — EUR 165 instead of EUR 255 for A4 format.
- A roll-up with a replaceable print film — next year you only need to replace the film, not the whole cassette.
Turnaround times and files
We prepare stickers, business cards, posters, banners and panels within 1–3 business days. For promotional products with printing, allow 6–10 business days: production takes 4–7 business days depending on quantity, plus 2–3 days for delivery. So if your exhibition is in mid-November, the order should be confirmed at least three weeks in advance.
Please send artwork as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), in CMYK; raster images at 300 dpi. For banners and roll-up banners, 100–150 dpi at actual size is sufficient. We confirm artwork by email before starting the print run.
FAQ
How much does a roll-up banner for an exhibition cost?
The price of a roll-up banner depends on the construction (economy or premium cassette) and width of 85–150 cm, so we quote it on request. If you already have a cassette and just need a new print film, we calculate the price based on the per-square-metre rate for the material.
Can I order just one printed polo shirt?
Yes, we work with quantities of 1 as well. DTF transfer up to A4 for one piece costs EUR 6.00 with no setup fee, while embroidery adds a EUR 25 setup fee, so embroidery becomes more cost-effective from 10–20 pieces.
What's the minimum order for paper bags with a logo?
Paper bags (white and kraft, 11 sizes) are available from 100 pieces. The price depends on size, number of print colours and quantity — we'll include it in the quote along with the other items.
Do the prices include VAT and delivery?
All prices are excl. VAT. Delivery via partner courier in Riga costs EUR 16.00 per trip; orders can also be collected free of charge at Kandavas iela 29A.
How much time should I plan for the whole stand package?
If the package includes both printing and promotional products with a logo, allow 10–14 business days from artwork approval. Our own print items (stickers, business cards, posters, banners) are ready within 1–3 business days.
Do you also make the stand structure itself?
We produce the printing and branding part — banners, roll-up banners, Komatex and Neobond panels, stickers, print materials and promotional products. Structural solutions are discussed individually depending on the exhibition requirements.
