Printed Hoodies: Price per Piece by Quantity
Printed hoodies price in Latvia starts from around 17 EUR per piece for small orders. We look at screen printing, DTF and embroidery prices across quantity tiers.

The price of a printed hoodie is made up of two parts: the hoodie itself and the printing. As a rough guide, one hoodie from our catalogue costs from around 13 EUR (240 g/m² models) up to 22 EUR (300 g/m² with a zip), while printing ranges from 1.50 EUR per piece (screen printing, 1 colour, from 250 pcs) to 6.00 EUR (DTF up to A4 for small quantities). In practice, 30 hoodies with a single-colour logo on the back cost around 19–21 EUR per piece excl. VAT, with a production time of 5–10 business days.
What makes up the price
For an accurate quote, we need to know four things: the hoodie model and colour, the size breakdown, the printing technique, and the number of print positions (chest, back, sleeve, hood). Each additional position is a separate print — two positions mean double the printing cost, not just a small surcharge.
Screen printing has a one-off setup fee of 35.00 EUR per colour and design, while embroidery has a 25.00 EUR fee for digitising the design. There's no setup fee for DTF printing, which makes it the most cost-effective option for small quantities. If you repeat an order, you won't pay the setup fee again.

Effective printing cost including setup
Since the setup fee is spread across the whole run, screen printing isn't the cheapest option for small quantities. The table below shows the printing cost per piece, including setup:
| Quantity | Screen printing 1 colour | DTF up to A4 | Embroidery |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pcs | 7.00 EUR | 6.00 EUR | 8.00 EUR |
| 30 pcs | 4.67 EUR | 5.00 EUR | 5.33 EUR |
| 50 pcs | 3.20 EUR | 4.20 EUR | 4.30 EUR |
| 100 pcs | 2.25 EUR | 4.20 EUR | 4.05 EUR |
| 250 pcs | 1.64 EUR | 4.20 EUR | 3.90 EUR |
The conclusion is simple: up to around 20–25 pieces, DTF is more cost-effective; from 40–50 pieces with a simple one- or two-colour logo, screen printing wins out.

Which technique to choose
Screen printing gives a durable, matte finish and is the cheapest option for large runs, but each colour requires separate setup. It suits simple logos, text, and sports club emblems.
DTF allows you to print photos and multi-colour designs with no setup fee — ideal for 1–30 pieces or when each hoodie needs a different name or number.
Embroidery is the most durable and visually premium solution on thicker fabric. It looks great on 280–300 g/m² hoodies; we don't recommend large embroidery designs on thinner 240 g/m² fabric.
Files and deadlines
Please send your logo as vector artwork — .ai, .eps or .pdf, with colours in CMYK or Pantone. If you only have a .jpg or .png, we can vectorise it for you; we'll let you know in advance if this applies. For screen printing we need the exact colours; for embroidery we convert the design into a stitch file.
The standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from artwork approval and delivery of goods to our warehouse. Small DTF orders are also usually ready within 5–10 business days. Rush jobs can be arranged by agreement — for event deadlines, we recommend planning with a week's buffer.
We also work with single-piece orders, though in that case the printing setup makes up most of the cost.
Frequently asked questions
How much does 1 printed hoodie cost?
One hoodie with DTF printing up to A4 costs around 19–28 EUR excl. VAT depending on the model: the hoodie at 13–22 EUR plus printing at 6.00 EUR. With screen printing, a single piece also carries the 35.00 EUR setup fee, so we don't recommend it for small quantities.
From how many pieces is screen printing more cost-effective than DTF?
From around 25–30 pieces. At 50 pieces, the effective screen printing price is 3.20 EUR versus DTF's 4.20 EUR; at 250 pieces, it's 1.64 EUR versus 4.20 EUR.
Can I print in two positions, for example on the chest and back?
Yes. Each position is calculated separately according to the price list, and setup is charged per design too. Two positions with screen printing for 100 pieces comes to around 4.50 EUR per hoodie.
How long does an order take?
Usually 5–10 business days after artwork approval — including small DTF runs. Rush jobs can be arranged separately.
Can I order different sizes and colours in one order?
Yes. The printing price is determined by the total number of pieces, not the number of sizes or colours. The only exception is if the hoodie colours vary a lot, in which case the design may need an additional base colour, which we'll agree on in advance.
