What calendars we print
Wall calendar with spiral binding
A classic for offices and client gifts: A3 or A4, 13 sheets (cover + 12 months), 170 g matte or gloss paper, metal spiral and a hanging loop. If you want the calendar to work for the whole year, give each month its own sheet and leave space for notes.
Poster calendar
A single A2 or A1 sheet with the whole year. The most affordable option for larger quantities and convenient if you're handing out calendars at an event or sending them by post. We print on 200 g paper; lamination or extra cardboard reinforcement can be added on request.
Desk calendar
A5 or A4 format on a triangular stand. Suitable for companies that want their logo sitting on a client's desk. Production takes a little longer — folding and gluing the stand adds one extra day.

Deadlines: what to expect in November and December
- We send a quote within one business day of receiving your request.
- Artwork check and digital proof (PDF) — the same or next day after we receive your files.
- Printing and finishing: single-sheet poster calendars 1–3 business days, spiral- or stand-bound calendars 3–5 business days, quantities above 500 pcs — up to 7 business days.
- Delivery in Riga by courier 16.00 EUR per trip; regions — by arrangement.
November is the quietest month for calendar printing. From the first week of December onwards, workload increases, so if you need calendars ready before Christmas, it's best to approve the artwork by 10 December. We take on urgent jobs by separate arrangement — sometimes we manage to print within 24 hours, but this depends on the day's schedule.
Files and artwork
For the print to come out as planned:
- Format: PDF with 3 mm bleed on each side; text and logo at least 5 mm from the edge.
- Colours: CMYK. RGB files are converted, and colours may shift, especially bright blues and greens.
- Images: 300 dpi at actual size. For an A2 poster calendar, this means roughly 5000×7000 px.
- Logo and graphics: vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg).
- For spiral binding, leave a 10–12 mm free margin at the top so the punched holes don't cut into the text.
If you don't have a date grid, we can use our own 2027 template, including Latvian public holidays. The artwork is always sent for approval by email — we only proceed to print after your written confirmation.
