T-shirt printing in Riga with us starts from just one piece: DTF transfer up to A4 size costs from EUR 6.00/pc. (from 20 pcs — EUR 5.00, from 50 pcs — EUR 4.20), with no set-up fee. Screen printing becomes cost-effective from around 30–50 T-shirts: 1 colour in one position is from EUR 3.50/pc., from 100 pcs — EUR 1.90/pc., from 250 pcs — EUR 1.50/pc. plus a one-off screen set-up fee of EUR 35.00. All prices exclude VAT and the T-shirt itself; our production facility is located at Kandavas iela 29A, Riga.
DTF or screen printing: which to choose
DTF (digital printing on film with heat transfer) requires no screen preparation, which makes it a logical choice for a single T-shirt, multiple designs within one order, photographs and multi-colour logos. The number of colours doesn't affect the price — what you pay for is the print area.
Screen printing is colour printed directly into the fabric. Each colour needs a separate screen, which is why there's a EUR 35.00 set-up fee, but from around 50–100 T-shirts the price per piece drops below DTF. Screen printing withstands frequent washing better and is the more cost-effective technique for team T-shirts, events and retail runs.
Embroidery (from EUR 5.50/pc., from 50 pcs — EUR 3.80/pc., set-up fee EUR 25.00) is ordered for T-shirts less often — mainly for a small logo on the chest of polo shirts, jackets and caps. For thinner T-shirt fabric, DTF or screen printing is usually the better fit.

Print positions and sizes
We work with standard positions suitable for both DTF and screen printing:
- Left chest — 110 × 90 mm
- Front or back — up to 280 × 210 mm
- Sleeve — 80 × 60 mm
- Embroidery — up to 90 × 90 mm
If a design is needed in two positions (for example, a logo on the front and a slogan on the back), the price is calculated for each position separately. In screen printing, the second position also needs its own screen set.
How much does a printed T-shirt cost
Below are indicative calculations using a Stafford 190 g/m² T-shirt and a single print position. Prices exclude VAT; the exact amount depends on quantity, T-shirt model and print size.

As you can see, at 50 pieces the screen printing set-up fee already pays off, and at 250 pieces the price per T-shirt is almost half of what it would be for a single piece.

Turnaround times and files
DTF printing for a small number of T-shirts usually takes 2–3 business days after artwork approval, while screen printing runs take 4–7 business days. If the T-shirt needs to be ordered from the catalogue, add 2–3 days for delivery — around 6–10 business days in total. We can arrange urgent orders by agreement; for event T-shirts, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance.
For artwork, we need vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) in CMYK mode, or a raster file at 300 dpi at the actual print size. Before production, we send you the artwork by email showing the exact print placement and size, and we only start the job once you've approved it. FAQ
Can you really print just one T-shirt?
Yes. For a single T-shirt or a small number, we use DTF, which has no screen set-up fee — printing up to A4 size from EUR 6.00/pc. (excl. VAT) plus the cost of the T-shirt.
How many colours can a design have?
DTF doesn't limit the number of colours and it doesn't affect the price — you can print gradients and photographs. With screen printing, each colour requires a separate screen set with a EUR 35.00 set-up fee, so for larger runs we usually recommend 1–3 colours.
Does the print withstand washing?
Both DTF and screen printing withstand washing at 30–40°C if the T-shirt is turned inside out and not ironed directly over the print. For very frequent washing, such as workwear or sportswear, screen printing is more durable.
How long do I need to wait for T-shirts for an event?
If the T-shirts are in stock, the realistic turnaround is 6–10 business days including delivery. For DTF jobs using items from our own stock, we can sometimes manage 2–3 business days.
Can I bring my own T-shirts?
We can also print on your own T-shirts, as long as they are new, unwashed and made of cotton or a cotton/polyester blend. With customer-supplied material, we cannot take responsibility for any damage to the garment itself during the heat-press process.
