Calendar printing with your company photos: desk and wall calendars
Desk and wall calendar printing with your photos and logo: from approx. 4.20 EUR/pc at 250 pcs, production time 5–10 business days.

We produce calendars featuring your company photos from as little as 1 piece, but realistic pricing starts at around 25–50 copies: a spiral-bound desk calendar with 13 pages costs approx. from 4.20 EUR/pc at 250 pcs, and an A3 wall calendar — approx. from 5.60 EUR/pc at 250 pcs (excl. VAT). Production usually takes 5–10 business days from artwork approval. As we publish this article — at the end of October — there's still plenty of time for 2026 calendars, but by December the deadlines start getting tight.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Desk calendar, spiral, 13 pages, 250 g | ~8.50 | ~6.90 | ~5.40 | ~4.20 |

For single-page poster calendars we use our standard poster price list: A2 — approx. 6.00 EUR per piece, 4.50 EUR from 10 pcs, 3.20 EUR from 50 pcs; A1 — approx. 9.00, 7.00 and 5.50 EUR respectively (excl. VAT). For multi-page calendars we add artwork preparation from 15 EUR if we need to build the date grid, mark public holidays and fit your photos to the format. If you supply a print-ready PDF, there's no preparation fee.
Desk calendars
A desk calendar is the most practical option for B2B clients: it stays on the desk all year and keeps your company name in view every day. The standard solution is a horizontal A5 or slightly smaller format on 250–300 g card, 13 pages (cover + 12 months), a metal spiral at the top and a card stand that also serves as a support.
Popular variants include:
- A weekly grid on each page with space for notes — handy for offices and accounting teams.
- A monthly grid with a large photo — ideal if you have quality photos of your company, premises or team.
- A triangular (pyramid) calendar printed on three sides — room for your logo, contacts and a QR code.
For desk calendars we recommend a matte lamination on the cover: it doesn't reflect light and doesn't show fingerprints if the calendar is handled often.
Wall calendars
Wall calendars work well where you need visibility from a distance — workshops, kitchens, sports club changing rooms, staff rooms in schools. Two main options:
Multi-page wall calendar
A4 or A3 format, 13 pages on 170 g paper, a metal spiral and a hook for hanging. Each month has its own photo — this is the best solution if you want to showcase projects, products or your team throughout the year. A3 is the most popular size: the photo is large enough, yet the calendar still fits comfortably into a standard postal shipment.
Single-page poster calendar
All 12 months on a single A2 or A1 sheet — the cheapest option per copy and the most convenient for planning, since the whole year is visible at once. We print on 200 g paper; if the calendar is intended for a production facility or outdoor use, we can laminate it or produce it as a durable sticker. For more on formats and paper types, see our posters section.
Photos and files: what to prepare
The quality of a calendar depends on the photos, not the printing. Practical requirements:
- Photos should be at least 300 dpi at final size. For an A3 page that means around 3500 × 4900 px, for A4 — 2500 × 3500 px. Phone photos are often fine for A4/A5 but not always suitable for an A2 poster.
- Logos and text — in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf). A rasterised logo taken from a website will print blurry.
- Colour space should be CMYK; we convert RGB photos ourselves and show you how the tones change before printing.
- A 3 mm bleed on each side; important text should stay at least 5 mm from the edge and well away from the spiral holes.
- We always send the digital artwork for approval before printing; the client is responsible for checking the date grid, public holidays and correct week numbering when approving the artwork.
If you don't have ready artwork, our project manager Madara will collect your photos, logo and contact details, and our designer will put the calendar together — usually within 2–3 business days.
Deadlines and when to order
The standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from artwork approval: single-page poster calendars usually take 3–5 business days, multi-page calendars with spiral binding and lamination 7–10 business days. Rush jobs are possible by arrangement.
| When you order | What to realistically expect |
|---|---|
| October–November | Relaxed schedule, time for artwork revisions and a sample |
| 1–10 December | Still feasible, but without major artwork changes |
| After 15 December | Simpler options only, timeline by arrangement |
If the calendar is meant as a Christmas gift for clients, factor in time for packaging and delivery too — we can arrange this together with the rest of your print order.
Calendars as part of a gift set
Calendars are often ordered together with other year-end items: greeting cards, notebooks and pens. Combining them into one order is cheaper, thanks to shared preparation and a single delivery. You'll find greeting cards and corporate flyers in our business cards and cards section, and notebooks, pens and other branded items in our promotional products catalogue.
Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum quantity for calendars?
We also work with orders of just 1 piece — for example, a single A2 poster calendar costs approx. from 6.00 EUR (excl. VAT). For multi-page desk and wall calendars, 25–50 copies is the economically sensible minimum, since the preparation costs are then spread across a larger print run.
Can you create the artwork if we only have photos and a logo?
Yes. Send us your photos, logo in vector format and contact details, and we'll put the artwork together within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a PDF for approval before printing.
How long does it take to receive the finished order?
Usually 5–10 business days from artwork approval. Single-page poster calendars — 3–5 business days. Rush orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Are photos taken on a phone good enough?
Photos from newer phones are usually fine for A5 and A4 formats. A3 and A2 sizes need the original file without social media compression; before printing we check the resolution of each photo and let you know if any won't be sharp enough.
Can a calendar be combined with stickers or other printing?
Yes, a sheet of logo stickers or packaging stickers is often added to a calendar. Sticker printing costs approx. 18–24 EUR/m² (excl. VAT), laminated — approx. from 24 EUR/m². More details in our stickers section.
Send us your planned quantity, format and photos to info@attaprint.lv or message us on WhatsApp at +371 25776699 — we'll prepare a quote within one business day.
