Team T-shirts: Price for 5, 10, 20 and 30 Pieces
Concrete numbers: how much team T-shirts cost for 5, 10, 20 and 30 pieces, which printing technology pays off for small runs, and how long you'll need to wait.

Team T-shirts price for small runs at our production site starts from around 8–9 EUR per piece: a cotton T-shirt 190 g/m² (from 3.06 EUR) plus DTF transfer up to A4 in one position (6.00 EUR for small runs, 5.00 EUR from 20 pcs). That means 5 T-shirts with a logo cost around 45 EUR, 10 T-shirts — 91 EUR, 20 T-shirts — 161 EUR, 30 T-shirts — 242 EUR (all prices excl. VAT and approximate). Below we show how the numbers change depending on the printing technology and T-shirt model.
Price for 5, 10, 20 and 30 pieces
We're calculating the most common option: one logo on the front or left chest, DTF heat transfer, cotton T-shirt 190 g/m².

| Quantity | T-shirt, EUR/pc | Printing, EUR/pc | Total EUR/pc | Total EUR |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | 3.06 | 6.00 | 9.06 | 45.30 |
| 10 | 3.06 | 6.00 | 9.06 | 90.60 |
| 20 | 3.06 | 5.00 | 8.06 | 161.20 |
| 30 | 3.06 | 5.00 | 8.06 | 241.80 |
With DTF there's no setup fee, so even 5 pieces make economic sense. If the logo also appears on the back or sleeve, each additional position is charged separately at the same price.
Which technology pays off for a small team
Screen printing and embroidery have a one-off setup fee (35 EUR per screen, 25 EUR per embroidery program), which for small runs gets spread over just a few pieces. That's why up to around 20–25 T-shirts DTF is usually cheaper, but from 30 pieces single-colour screen printing starts to win.
| Quantity | DTF up to A4 | Screen printing, 1 colour (incl. 35 EUR setup) | Embroidery up to 10,000 stitches (incl. 25 EUR setup) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | 9.06 | 13.56 | 13.56 |
| 10 | 9.06 | 10.06 | 11.06 |
| 20 | 8.06 | 8.31 | 8.81 |
| 30 | 8.06 | 7.73 | 8.39 |
Prices in EUR/pc excl. VAT, including a T-shirt at 3.06 EUR. Screen printing prices change if the logo has several colours — each colour is a separate screen and a separate setup. Embroidery is more expensive but lasts longer and looks better on polo shirts, jackets and caps; for clothing printing technologies, we can recommend a specific option based on your artwork.
Standard printing sizes
- Left chest: 110×90 mm
- Front or back: up to 280×210 mm
- Sleeve: 80×60 mm
- Embroidery: up to 90×90 mm
How the T-shirt model affects the price
The difference between the cheapest and most expensive T-shirt in a small run can be bigger than the printing cost itself. A sports team often needs just a light polyester T-shirt, while café or shop staff usually choose 190–200 g/m² cotton or polo shirts.

| Model | Material, weight | Price from, EUR/pc | With DTF at 20 pcs, EUR/pc |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bahrain sports T-shirt | polyester, 135 g/m² | 2.00 | 7.00 |
| Beagle T-shirt | cotton, 155 g/m² | 2.22 | 7.22 |
| Dogo Premium T-shirt | cotton, 165 g/m² | 2.85 | 7.85 |
| Stafford T-shirt | cotton, 190 g/m² | 3.06 | 8.06 |
| Star polo shirt | cotton, 200 g/m² | 5.81 | 10.81 |

FAQ
How much do 10 T-shirts with a logo cost?
With DTF printing in one position on a 190 g/m² cotton T-shirt — around 9.06 EUR per piece, or 90.60 EUR excl. VAT. With a cheaper 155 g/m² T-shirt the total is around 82 EUR.
Can I order just 5 T-shirts?
Yes, we also work with single pieces. For 5 pieces, DTF printing is the most cost-effective, since it has no setup fee; screen printing at this quantity would cost about 4.50 EUR/pc more.
From how many pieces does screen printing become cheaper than DTF?
For a single-colour logo, roughly from 25–30 pieces: at 30 T-shirts screen printing is ~7.73 EUR/pc, DTF ~8.06 EUR/pc. For multi-colour logos this threshold shifts to larger quantities.
Can sizes and models differ within one order?
Yes. You can mix men's, women's and kids' cuts, as well as sizes from XS to 3XL, in one order — the printing price per piece doesn't change as long as the logo and position are the same.
Does the price include delivery?
No, delivery is calculated separately. Delivery with our partner courier in Riga is 16 EUR per trip; orders can also be picked up free of charge at Kandavas iela 29A.
How many colours can the logo have?
DTF and sublimation allow full-colour images with no extra charge for colours. In screen printing, each colour requires a separate screen with a 35 EUR setup fee, so multi-colour logos in small runs are usually done with DTF.
