Printing methods and what they mean in practice

360° digital printing — a full-colour image wrapped around the mug, with no extra charge for the number of colours. Suited to logos with gradients, photos and colourful patterns.

Screen printing on round surfaces — 1–3 colours, very durable, cost-effective for larger quantities with a simple logo.

In-mould printing — the image is set beneath the surface layer, so it doesn't wear off; available on select Brite-Americano® models.

Sublimation — full-colour printing for ceramic and thermal mugs, economical in small quantities, even one piece at a time.

Print area

In practice, with 360° printing, keep in mind that part of the image falls under the handle or grip area — so it's better to lay out the logo on one or two sides rather than as a continuous band with fine text.

Prices and quantities

Prices are indicative, excl. VAT, with single-position printing. The exact price depends on quantity, printing method and number of colours.

A one-off setup fee (plate or print file) is usually added to the price — we always state it separately for each item in the quote, so you can see how the price changes as the quantity increases.

Files, artwork and lead times

Send your logo as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) in CMYK; raster images need to be at least 300 dpi. If you don't have a vector file, we can note that in the quote and redraw it.

The process is simple: add the products to a request on the website or send us an e-mail, and within one business day you'll receive a quote online and as a PDF with product images, prices, print location, setup fee and lead time for each item. On request, we prepare a 3D preview with your logo so you can see how the print will look on the chosen body colour. Artwork is approved by e-mail.

For promotional products with printing, allow 6–10 business days (production 4–7 business days + delivery 2–3 days). Our own printing — stickers, cards, gift tags — takes 1–3 business days, so a set can be arranged in a single delivery. Urgent jobs are handled by agreement.

What's the minimum order for mugs?

We do sublimation printing for ceramic and thermal mugs from 1 piece. For catalogue models with 360° digital printing or screen printing, prices start at 50 pcs; we assess smaller quantities separately, as the setup fee is then spread over fewer pieces.

Will the print survive a dishwasher?

Most thermal mugs are meant to be washed by hand; in-mould printing is the most durable, as the image sits beneath the surface layer. We state the recommendation for the specific product in the quote.

How many colours can the logo have?

360° and glossy digital printing are full-colour, so the number of colours doesn't affect the price. With screen printing, each extra colour means an extra plate and setup fee, so it's more cost-effective for a simple one-colour logo.

Can I order different body colours in one order?

Yes. For example, the Americano® 350 ml is available in 41 colours, and the quantity can be split across several colours; the print file stays the same for each colour, as long as the logo is universal (single-colour or with a white outline).

How long does it take to get a quote, and how long is production?

We send a quote with prices and lead times within one business day. Once the artwork is approved, production takes 4–7 business days depending on quantity, plus 2–3 days for delivery.

Do you help with design if we only have a logo?

Yes. We prepare the print artwork to fit the product's print area and send it for approval, with a 3D visualisation on request.
