Mug Gift Set: Mug, Box and Card with Logo
How to put together a mug gift set with logo: choosing the mug, box, card and sticker, indicative prices from 5 to 63 EUR/pc and realistic lead times.

In practice, a mug gift set consists of three parts: a mug or thermal mug with printing, a box or cardboard sleeve, and a card with a logo and text. Ready-made sets from our catalogue can be ordered from as little as 1 piece – for example, the Cascade 540 ml stainless steel mug set starts from 13.17 EUR/pc, dropping to around 12.29 EUR/pc at 100 pcs (prices excl. VAT, indicative). The standard production time with printing is 6–10 business days, while we print the cards and stickers ourselves at our factory in Riga within 1–3 business days.
What's included in a mug gift set
The classic structure is simple: mug + packaging + card. Each element affects both the price and the impression the gift leaves.

- Mug or thermal mug – ceramic (sublimation, full-colour), glass (laser engraving or pad printing), stainless steel (laser engraving, 360° printing).
- Packaging – white or brown cardboard box, printed sleeve, or the original manufacturer's box with our sticker.
- Card – 85×55 mm or 100×70 mm, 300 g cardstock, printed on one or both sides in colour; often with a QR code linking to a website.
- Extras – coffee or tea, a pen, a notebook, socks with a woven-in logo.
If the gift is for clients or employees, we recommend not choosing a single expensive item but rather a mid-priced mug plus proper packaging – the overall impression is usually better than a mug alone bought for the same budget without a box.
Choosing a mug: sublimation or a ready-made set
There are two routes here. The first – a white ceramic or thermal mug with sublimation printing, which we do ourselves at our factory from 1 piece: full-colour images, photos, names. This works well for small batches, personalised gifts, and cases where each mug needs a different name.
The second – a ready-made set or design mug from our catalogue with engraving or pad printing. Steel and glass mugs look more premium, the engraving doesn't wear off, and they work well for corporate gifts. For more options, see the mugs and thermal mugs categories.
Printing area
For ceramic mugs, we usually calculate around a 200×80 mm full-colour printing area (or an all-around print), while for steel thermal mugs engraving is 50×40 mm on one side or a 360° band. For glass mugs, engraving is single-colour – the logo needs to be in vector format, without gradients.
Box and card with logo
We handle packaging in three ways, depending on the order quantity:

- Sticker on a ready-made box – the cheapest option. A round or square sticker with a logo, from 40 mm, full-colour printing, also available in metallic or transparent film.
- Printed cardboard sleeve – around the box or the mug itself; full-colour printing on 300 g cardstock, works well from 50 pcs.
- Fully printed box – makes sense from 200–300 pcs, and requires a longer lead time.
We print cards using digital printing from 1 piece, though it's cost-effective from 100 pcs. A commonly used format is 85×55 mm on both sides: a logo and short text on the front, contact details or a QR code on the back.

Lead times and files
September is the time to start planning your Christmas gifts – by late November, the most popular sets in the catalogue tend to sell out. The realistic schedule is as follows: promotional products with printing take 6–10 business days (production 4–7 days + delivery 2–3 days), while our own printing – cards, stickers, sleeves – takes 1–3 business days. Urgent jobs are possible by arrangement.
Please send your logo in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), colours in CMYK; if the set includes a full-colour image, the raster file should be 300 dpi. We send a quote online and as a PDF within one business day, with product images, prices, printing location and lead time for each item; on request, we also prepare a 3D view with your logo, and the artwork is approved by email. For more options, see the promotional products with logo section.
Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum order for a mug gift set?
We do sublimation mugs with a box and card from 1 piece. Ready-made sets from the catalogue can also be ordered from 1 pc, but some models, such as Kendal and Keswick, start from 50 pcs. Socks with a woven-in logo, if included in the set, start from 100 pairs.
Can you print on the box itself, not just add a sticker?
Yes. Up to 200 pcs, it's more practical to use a full-colour printed cardboard sleeve or a large-format sticker; from 200–300 pcs, a fully printed box makes sense, though the lead time will extend by a few days.
How much does a card for the set cost?
Cards 85×55 mm, double-sided, 300 g cardstock, indicatively from 0.10–0.25 EUR/pc at 100–500 pcs. The exact price depends on the format, quantity and finishing, such as rounded corners or matte lamination.
What type of printing lasts longer on a thermal mug?
For steel – laser engraving, as it doesn't wear off when washed. Full-colour logos on thermal mugs are possible (360° printing or sublimation), but in that case we recommend hand washing.
Can each set have a different name?
Yes. We produce personalised cards and sublimation mugs with names based on an Excel list. For engraving, personalisation increases preparation time, so please allow an extra 2–3 business days.
Can a set be put together from different products in the catalogue?
Yes – a mug, pen, notebook or towel in one box is a common choice. The quote will show the price for each item separately, plus the packaging/assembly cost.
Send us your product list or approximate budget and quantity to info@attaprint.lv or WhatsApp +371 25776699 – we'll prepare a quote with images, printing location and lead time within one business day.
