Courier company stickers, vests and bags: an industry guide

Packaging stickers: materials and formats

In courier work, a sticker needs to withstand moisture, friction on the conveyor and temperature swings inside a vehicle. That's why choosing the right material matters more than the design itself.

Rolls make sense if you use a label printer or apply stickers on a conveyor line — just specify the winding direction and core diameter. QR codes on stickers: technical points to watch

A QR code scans reliably if its black area is no smaller than 20×20 mm, with a quiet zone of at least 4 modules around it. We print it in 100% black (K) rather than four colours — this keeps the edges sharp and lets scanners read it even at an angle.

If each shipment needs a different code or number, that's variable data printing: you provide a CSV or Excel file with the codes, and we prepare sequential printing on the roll. When ordering, let us know whether codes need to be sorted in ascending order and whether a human-readable number should appear next to the code.

Vests, jackets and workwear

A reflective vest is a courier's most visible carrier item. Standard print areas: chest on the left side 110×90 mm, back up to 280×210 mm, sleeve 80×60 mm. Reflective vests are usually printed with screen printing or DTF transfer — the latter allows full-colour logos even for small batches.

Can you print stickers with sequential numbers?

Yes. Send us a list of numbers or codes in CSV/Excel format, and we'll prepare variable data printing on rolls or sheets, with a QR code and a human-readable number.

Which type of printing holds up best on a reflective vest?

Screen printing for larger batches and DTF transfer for smaller ones — both withstand regular washing. Embroidery on reflective material isn't recommended, as it damages the fabric surface.

Can you make 10 vests or 5 backpacks?

Yes, we also work with small quantities, with individual items available from 1 piece. For small quantities, a larger share of the price comes from the set-up fee, so the per-piece cost is higher.

How long should I expect delivery to take?

Our in-house printing — stickers, posters, business cards — takes 1–3 business days. Promotional products with printing usually take 6–10 business days: production 4–7 days depending on quantity, plus delivery of 2–3 days.

Will the stickers withstand rain and cold?

PP film and vinyl withstand moisture, condensation and temperature swings; paper stickers are only suitable for dry environments and internal logistics. For food deliveries with a cold chain, we recommend PP film.
