• Medium stand (12–20 m²) with steady visitor traffic: 100–150 bags per day.

Practical tip: it's better to order 15–20% more than calculated. Paper bags with a logo aren't perishable — leftovers come in handy at the office, in a shop, or at your next event, whereas running out of bags on day two of the show means your logo stops walking around the hall.

Which size for which purpose

At a trade show, a bag does three different jobs, and one size won't do all of them well. A4 brochures won't fit into a small bag, while a tiny sample jar looks lost in a large one.

Prices are indicative, excl. VAT, and depend on quantity, paper weight and number of print colours. At 500 or 1,000 pcs, the price per piece drops considerably.

Twisted or flat handles

Twisted (cord-style) handles look more elegant and suit gift sets and smaller bags best. Flat paper handles are more durable under heavier loads and cheaper for larger sizes — choose them when the bag will hold catalogues, bottles or clothing. In both cases, the paper is 70–100 g/m² kraft and recyclable.

Printing: how many colours and where to place the logo

The standard solution for trade shows is 1-colour printing — a logo on one or both sides of the bag. It's the cheapest and fastest option, and from 5 metres away in an exhibition hall, a single contrasting colour on kraft paper reads better than a complex full-colour image. 2-colour printing is also available.

Artwork tips:

• Logo size at least 100–150 mm wide on a 25×11×32 cm bag — so it's legible from a distance.
• Leave 3–4 cm from the top edge (handle area) and 2 cm from fold lines.
• A website address or stand number can be added to the side of the bag alongside the logo.
• Files: vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), colours in CMYK or Pantone.

What to put in the bag

A bag at a trade show is packaging, not the goal itself. The simplest combination that works: a brochure or catalogue from digital printing, a business card, a product sample and one small promotional item — a pen, notebook or keyring from our catalogue. Keep more expensive gifts (thermal mugs, power banks, textiles) under the table and give them out selectively to visitors you've had a genuine conversation with.

Lead times and planning

Printed paper bags are produced in roughly 10 business days from artwork approval. This means the order should be placed at least 3 weeks before the show — allowing a buffer for unforeseen artwork changes. If your timeline is shorter, get in touch with us: some sizes can be produced faster, and our in-house printing (brochures, flyers, stickers, posters) takes 1–3 business days, so the rest of your stand materials can usually still be ready in time.

What's the minimum order quantity for paper bags with a logo?

100 pieces per size. If you need two sizes for the show, the minimum is 100 pcs for each size. Bags without printing can be ordered in smaller quantities too.

How much do paper bags for a trade show cost?

Prices start from EUR 0.15 per piece (excl. VAT) at 100 pcs for the smaller sizes, and from EUR 0.25–0.29 for the larger ones. 1-colour printing and setup fees are calculated separately — we provide the exact amount in the quote.

Are white bags available, or only kraft?

Yes, both kraft (brown) and white bags are available. Colours are more precise on white paper, while kraft gives a more natural tone and works well with a single-colour logo.

In what format should I submit my logo?

As vector graphics — .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg, in CMYK or Pantone colours. JPG and PNG files can only be used if the resolution is at least 300 dpi at print size.

How far in advance should I place an order before the show?

Plan for roughly 3 weeks: 1 day for the quote, 1–2 days for artwork, 10 business days for production, and 1–3 days for delivery. We look at urgent jobs on a case-by-case basis.

Can I order bags together with other promotional products?
