Price list by format and quantity

We produce posters on 200 g gloss-coated paper — the format and thickness most commonly used for event posters, exhibition displays and shop information. The A2 and A1 prices below are from our price list; A3 and A0 prices are indicative, as they depend more on paper choice and sheet usage.

How to calculate your order

Real-world examples: 20 A2 posters for a café's seasonal offer come to approximately 20 × 4.50 = EUR 90.00. 60 A1 concert posters come to approximately 60 × 5.50 = EUR 330.00. For a school event, 5 A1 posters cost approximately EUR 45.00. We also accept orders for a single piece if you only need one poster for a conference stand.

Choosing paper: what to pick for which task

Paper affects both the look and the price. Thicker paper and special finishes mean a pricier sheet, so it's worth considering where the poster will hang and for how long before ordering.

  • 150–170 g gloss-coated paper — the lightest and cheapest option. Suitable for short-term indoor posters glued to a wall or placed in a glass display case. A single sheet may curl slightly.
  • 200 g gloss-coated paper — our standard. Holds its shape well, looks good in a frame or on a stand, and withstands handling. Available in matte and glossy finish.
  • 250–300 g card stock — for posters used repeatedly, displayed on a stand, or given out as an award/certificate. The price for A2 increases by approximately 20–30%.
  • Matte or glossy — matte doesn't reflect light and is easier to read for text-heavy posters; glossy makes photos and dark colours look more vibrant.
  • Synthetic paper or laminate — if the poster will be in a damp environment (sports hall, market, outdoor display). Laminating an A1 poster costs approximately +EUR 3–5 per piece.

If the poster needs to be displayed outdoors for a longer period, a PVC banner or roll-up stand is a more practical choice than paper — read more in the banners and roll-up stands section.

Turnaround times

A standard poster order from a print-ready file is completed within 3–5 business days. Large print runs (from 200 pcs) or orders with laminating can take up to 7–10 business days. If your event is coming up soon, get in touch right away: small print runs of up to 20 pieces can, in favourable cases, be ready within 2 business days if the file is in order.

File requirements

To make sure the printout matches what you see on screen, there are a few fixed rules for file preparation:

  • Format: PDF with embedded fonts, or vector graphics .ai / .eps. Text converted to outlines.
  • Colour space: CMYK. RGB files are converted, and bright greens and blues may appear darker.
  • Resolution: 150 dpi is sufficient for A1 and A0 posters viewed from a distance; 300 dpi is recommended for A3 and A2.
  • Bleed of 3 mm on each side; important elements should be at least 5 mm from the edge.
  • Black text — 100% K, not a mix of four colours, otherwise small letters may show a slight offset.

If you don't have a file, or it's in Word / JPG format, send us what you have — we'll check it and let you know what can be printed as is and what needs to be fixed.

What posters are often combined with

Event and retail clients usually order posters together with other materials, so logistics and approval happen in one go. The most popular combinations: A1 poster + A5 flyers for handouts, A2 poster + display stickers, posters + roll-up stand at the entrance. You can browse our full printing range in the printing services section, or go straight to the posters page for posters specifically.

FAQ

How much does one A1 poster cost?

One A1 poster on 200 g paper costs EUR 9.00 excl. VAT. From 10 pieces, the price is EUR 7.00, and from 50 pieces, EUR 5.50 per piece. There's no setup fee.

Do you print just a single poster?

Yes, we also work with single pieces — for example, one A0 poster for a conference stand or one A2 poster for the entrance. The price per piece is higher for small quantities, as sheet usage is less efficient.

What's the difference between matte and glossy paper?

Matte paper doesn't reflect light under lamps and is better for text-heavy posters. Glossy paper makes photos more contrasty and colours more vibrant. The price is the same for both.

How quickly can I get my posters?

The standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. Small print runs of up to 20 pieces from a ready file are often printed within one business day. Urgent jobs are arranged individually.

Can a poster be used outdoors?

Regular paper will hold up outdoors for a few days in dry weather. For longer periods, we recommend laminating, synthetic paper, or a PVC banner, which doesn't absorb moisture and withstands wind.

Do you help with artwork?

Yes. We check every file before printing free of charge and let you know what needs fixing. If the artwork needs to be created from scratch, we offer design work separately based on a quote.
