Embroidered Polo Shirts from 1 pc: Where to Order in Riga
Embroidered polo shirts from 1 pc in Riga: embroidery from EUR 5.50/pc, one-off artwork setup EUR 25, polo shirts from EUR 5.27. Turnaround 6–10 business days.

An embroidered polo shirt from 1 pc in Riga costs roughly EUR 36 excl. VAT for the first shirt: the polo itself from EUR 5.27, embroidery up to 10,000 stitches at EUR 5.50/pc, plus a one-off artwork setup (digitising) of EUR 25. We don't set a minimum order quantity — we work with a single shirt just as readily as with 500. Orders are usually completed within 6–10 business days at Kandavas iela 29A, Riga.
Why embroidery instead of printing
Embroidery is a thread pattern stitched into the fabric, so it won't peel off in the wash or fade the way heat transfer can. On polo shirts, where the logo is usually small and placed on the left chest, embroidery is the most logical choice — it looks neat even on thicker piqué fabric and holds up to everyday wear in a café, a service job or on a building site.

Embroidery is particularly cost-effective in small quantities, since there's no film or screen production involved as in screen printing. The only setup cost is converting your logo file into an embroidery programme — a one-off EUR 25. On future orders with the same logo, this fee no longer applies.
If you need a large multicoloured image or a photograph on the shirt, embroidery isn't suitable — in that case we offer DTF transfer (from EUR 6.00/pc up to A4 size). For more on the methods, see our apparel printing section.

Embroidery positions and sizes
Standard embroidery positions on a polo shirt:
- left chest — up to 90×90 mm (the most common option);
- sleeve — up to 80×60 mm;
- back below the collar — a small inscription or logo;
- back of collar or side seam — a small element.
A simplified logo works best for embroidery: thin lines under 1 mm and small text under 4 mm in height become unreadable in thread. If the logo has a gradient or shading, we convert it to flat colours during setup and send a sample for approval before production.
Files, artwork and turnaround
Send your logo as vector graphics — .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg. If you only have an image, we can also redraw it; we'll agree on this separately. Before stitching we confirm the size, position and thread colours against the Madeira colour chart, and the artwork must be approved by email.
Turnaround times:
| Situation | Turnaround |
|---|---|
| Polo from catalogue + embroidery | 6–10 business days (production 4–7 business days + delivery 2–3 business days) |
| Customer-supplied polo shirts | 3–5 business days |
| Urgent jobs | by arrangement |
How ordering works: you add the chosen models to a request in the catalogue, or simply tell us how many shirts, what sizes and what colour you need. Within one business day we send an online quote and a PDF with product images, prices, embroidery position, setup fee and turnaround for each item. On request, we also prepare a 3D preview with your logo on the chosen shirt colour.
Frequently asked questions
Can I really order just one embroidered polo shirt?
Yes. There's no minimum order — we embroider even a single shirt. Bear in mind that the first order includes a one-off setup fee of EUR 25, so one shirt costs around EUR 36 excl. VAT, while ten shirts work out to about EUR 13.81 per piece.
Do I have to pay the setup fee every time?
No. We save the embroidery programme, and on future orders with the same logo at the same size you only pay for the shirts and the embroidery. If the logo size or design changes, the programme needs to be redone.
Can I bring my own polo shirts?
Yes, we also embroider on customer-supplied garments. In that case the turnaround is 3–5 business days. We recommend bringing one shirt as a sample beforehand to check the fabric thickness and seam placement.
How many colours can a logo embroidery have?
In practice up to 6–8 thread colours in one logo, and this doesn't affect the price — the price is determined by the stitch count, not the number of colours. This is an advantage of embroidery compared with screen printing, where each additional colour adds to the cost.
How do I choose between embroidery and DTF printing?
For a small logo up to 90×90 mm, choose embroidery — it's more durable and looks more polished. For a large image, a photograph or fine text, DTF printing from EUR 6.00/pc up to A4 size is a better fit.
Can I order different sizes and both men's and women's models at the same time?
Yes. The Star and Monzha ranges include both men's and women's fits in the same colour palette, so the team looks consistent while everyone gets a suitably fitted shirt. Specify the sizes and breakdown in your request.
Email info@attaprint.lv, call or message us on WhatsApp at +371 25776699 — specify the model, colour, sizes and attach your logo file. We prepare a quote with price, embroidery position and turnaround within one business day; contacts and address are in the Contacts section.
