Salon products with logo: towels, bags and gift cards

Salon products with logo for beauty salons usually fall into three groups: textiles (towels, robes, work clothing) with embroidery up to 90×90 mm, cosmetic bags with heat transfer from 1 pc, and printed materials (gift cards, business cards, ingredient stickers) from 1 pc up to large runs. We produce our own prints — stickers, cards, posters — in 1–3 business days, while promotional products with logo printing from the catalogue usually take 6–10 business days. We also work with single pieces, but the price per piece drops noticeably from 50–100 pcs.

Where to start: three brand touchpoints

In a salon, a client sees your brand three times: when they sit in the chair (towel, cape, staff clothing), when they pay (gift card, business card, loyalty card), and when they leave (bag, product jar with a sticker, a small gift). If the budget is limited, it's more practical to start with the second and third groups — printed materials and stickers are the cheapest items with the lowest minimum quantity.

Textiles need to withstand washing at 60°C, so for towels and robes we use embroidery — it holds up to frequent laundering better than heat transfer. For a simple single-colour logo, embroidery also looks more fitting than a glossy film.

Towels, robes and staff clothing

Terry towels with embroidery are the most popular item. The most practical sizes for a salon: 30×50 cm (hand and face towels), 50×100 cm (hair and manicure area), 70×140 cm (spa and massage rooms). Browse towels in the towels category.

For staff clothing — polo shirts, T-shirts, jackets, aprons — both embroidery and DTF transfer work well. Standard print areas: left chest 110×90 mm, sleeve 80×60 mm, back up to 280×210 mm (e.g. salon name and phone number). The maximum size for embroidery is 90×90 mm. Why embroidery rather than printing

Embroidery involves a one-off setup fee (converting the logo into an embroidery program), which pays off from around 20–30 pcs. Heat transfer is more cost-effective for small batches and multi-colour logos with gradients, but for towels washed daily, embroidery lasts longer.

Cosmetic bags and client gifts

A cosmetic bag is a typical gift for a regular client or part of a gift set with a certificate. For fabric and RPET bags, we use DTF transfer — it allows full-colour logo printing even in small quantities.

Other items that work well in salons: mirrors and small gifts, key rings, sports bottles and thermal mugs for the waiting area, and socks with a woven-in logo (from 100 pairs) — a good fit for pedicure and spa services.

Gift cards, business cards and stickers

A gift card is the simplest way for a salon to sell a service in advance. The most practical option: 350 gsm card, format 85×55 mm or 100×210 mm, double-sided printing, with space for the amount and expiry date. If you hand out cards in an envelope, you can add a sticker with your logo to it — cheaper than printing the envelopes themselves.

Salons that sell their own cosmetics or blends need ingredient and instruction stickers. We print these on paper, PP film, transparent or metallised film, in sheets or rolls, with contour cutting in any shape — for jars, bottles, oil flacons. How ordering works

You add products to a request on our website, or simply write to us about what you need. Within one business day we send a quote online and as a PDF file with product images, prices per quantity, print area, setup fee and lead time for each item. On request, we prepare a 3D preview with your logo so you can see the proportions on the actual product. Artwork can be approved by email.

Please send your logo as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), colours in CMYK; if you only have a photo or a jpeg, the raster image needs at least 300 dpi at actual size. Lead times: our own printing (stickers, cards, posters) 1–3 business days; promotional products with logo printing 6–10 business days (production 4–7 business days depending on quantity, plus delivery 2–3 days). Urgent jobs, such as cards before the holiday season, can be arranged by separate agreement.

Frequently asked questions

How many towels with logo is it worth ordering in one batch?

It's practical to plan for at least two changes per workstation, plus a 20% reserve. For a small salon with three staff members, this usually means 25–40 towels. At this quantity, the embroidery setup fee per piece already becomes small.

Will the logo on the towel hold up after washing at 60°C?

Embroidery withstands regular washing at 60°C and is suitable for everyday salon use. Heat transfer on terry fabric is not recommended, as the fabric is fluffy and the film adheres less well.

Can I order just 10 cosmetic bags?

Yes. Bags with DTF transfer are made from 1 pc, for example an RPET cosmetic organiser from 4.08 EUR/pc. At 100 pcs the price drops to 3.93 EUR/pc (excl. VAT).

How long do I have to wait for gift cards?

We print gift cards and business cards ourselves — 1–3 business days after artwork approval. If needed in advance, we can also prepare a design based on your logo.

What files are needed for printing?

The best option is vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) with CMYK colours. Raster images need at least 300 dpi at actual size. If you don't have a file, just let us know — logos can often be redrawn in vector format.

Can I combine several products in one order?

Yes, and it's more cost-effective — delivery is charged once, and the quote will show each item separately with its own lead time.
