Office Wall Stickers: Logo and Values on the Wall
Office wall stickers from EUR 25/m² (from 20 m² — EUR 19/m²), contour cutting EUR 8/m². Logo, value statements and graphics made in 3–5 business days.

We make office wall stickers from matt or gloss self-adhesive vinyl — prices start from EUR 24.00/m² excl. VAT, from 5 m² it's approximately EUR 22.00/m², and from 20 m² — EUR 19.00/m². Contour cutting (letters and shapes without a rectangular background) costs an extra EUR 8.00/m². A typical logo on a reception wall measuring 150×60 cm comes to around EUR 30, while a value statement of 3×0.8 m — around EUR 80; production typically takes 3–5 business days.
What usually goes on office walls
In practice, orders fall into a few clear categories, and this determines both the material and the price:
- Logo at the entrance or reception — most often a one- or two-colour contour-cut logo, sizes ranging from 60 cm to 2.5 m in width.
- Company values and slogan — text with letters 8–25 cm high, often placed on one wall in a meeting room or corridor.
- Room numbers, names and signage — small elements that are cost-effective to produce together with the rest of the graphics.
- Full wall graphics — a printed image, pattern or photograph covering 5–20 m², applied in segments.
- Motivational quotes in the break room or kitchen — often ordered together with mugs or other promotional products.
We also take on small one-off jobs — we work with single pieces too, but for very small orders we apply a minimum order amount, as preparing and cutting the vinyl sheet takes the same amount of time regardless of size.
Prices and specific examples
The price is based on the area of printed or used vinyl. Important: the area is calculated based on the material footprint of the layout, not the "net" area of the letters — a word 3 m long with 20 cm letters takes up a sheet of 3×0.25 m.
| Item | Size | Area | Indicative price excl. VAT |
|---|---|---|---|
| Logo, contour-cut | 60×25 cm | 0.15 m² | from EUR 15 (minimum order) |
| Logo, contour-cut | 150×60 cm | 0.9 m² | approx. EUR 30 |
| Value statement, 4–5 words | 300×80 cm | 2.4 m² | approx. EUR 79 |
| Room names, 10 pcs | 20×5 cm | 0.1 m² total | from EUR 20 per set |
| Printed wall graphics | 4×2.5 m | 10 m² | approx. EUR 220 |
| Large-scale wall graphics | 8×2.6 m | 20.8 m² | approx. EUR 395 |
Prices are indicative and exclude VAT. The exact amount depends on the total area, number of colours, extent of contour cutting and whether installation is required. There are no setup fees for stickers — if your file is technically ready, we don't charge extra for artwork checks. The full price list and ordering are available in the stickers section.
Matt or gloss vinyl
Both finishes cost the same — indicatively from a starting price of EUR 24.00/m² — but they differ significantly in appearance.
Matt vinyl is the right choice for 90% of office jobs. It doesn't reflect light fixtures or windows, doesn't create glare in photographs, and on a painted wall it looks as though the logo has been painted on. In meeting rooms with a lot of lighting, the difference is immediately noticeable.
Gloss vinyl gives richer colours and works well on glass partitions, dark surfaces and anywhere you need a "deep" black or a vibrant brand colour. If the logo is on glass and viewed against the light, gloss vinyl retains colour accuracy better.
Wall surface: where it will stick and where it won't
Self-adhesive vinyl is designed for smooth, clean and dry surfaces. In practice, this means:
- Sticks well: smooth painted plasterboard wall, glass, laminated MDF, metal, glossy tile panels.
- Sticks with risk: matt latex paint with dust, freshly painted wall (wait at least 3–4 weeks for the paint to fully dry and off-gas).
- Won't stick: textured plaster, embossed wallpaper, concrete, wooden boards with edges, damp walls.
Before installation, we clean the surface with an alcohol-based cleaner. If the wall is textured, a printed panel or poster on a rigid base is a better solution than vinyl.
File preparation
Logos and lettering require vector graphics: .ai, .eps or .pdf with text converted to outlines and CMYK colours. If you have a brand style guide, please also specify Pantone codes — we match the vinyl accordingly. A raster file is sufficient for photo wall graphics, but the resolution at 1:1 scale should be at least 100–150 dpi.
If you don't have a vector file and only a JPG from your website, we'll redraw the logo. For a simple logo this usually takes 30–60 minutes and is approved with you before cutting.
Timelines and installation
The standard turnaround is 2–5 business days from artwork approval; for large wall graphics over 20 m², we agree on the timeline separately. Rush jobs are possible by arrangement — small logos can often be produced within 2 business days.
Installation: customers often apply small logos and lettering themselves — we include an application tape and instructions with the order. For larger jobs, where precise alignment matters and air bubbles are not acceptable, we recommend our installation service; this is quoted separately based on area and job complexity. We are located at Kandavas iela 29A, Riga, so installation in Riga and the surrounding area usually takes a single visit.
When removed, a sticker typically leaves no mark on a well-painted wall if it has been in place for up to 3–5 years. Older vinyl may leave adhesive residue, which can be removed with a special solvent. In rented premises, it's worth checking with your landlord before the job.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a 1-metre-wide logo on a wall cost?
A 100×40 cm logo covers 0.4 m². With matt vinyl at EUR 24.00/m² plus contour cutting at EUR 8.00/m², this comes to around EUR 13, but for this quantity our minimum order amount applies — in practice, expect from EUR 15–20 excl. VAT.
Can a sticker be removed without damaging the wall?
Yes, if the wall is smoothly painted with durable paint and the sticker has been in place for up to around five years. The vinyl is removed by lightly heating it with a hairdryer. On an old or thinly painted wall, paint damage is possible.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days from artwork approval; for large graphics over 20 m², we agree on the timeline separately. Rush jobs are considered individually.
In what format should I send my logo?
Vector graphics in .ai, .eps or .pdf format, CMYK, with text converted to outlines. If you don't have a vector file, we'll redraw the logo and confirm it with you.
Can you make stickers for glass partitions?
Yes. For glass, a matt "frosted glass" effect vinyl or a contour-cut logo is often used. The price is calculated the same way, based on area; we tailor the solution depending on whether it's viewed from one or both sides.
Can you install it yourselves?
Yes, we carry out installation in Riga and the surrounding area by separate arrangement. Small jobs can also be applied by yourself — we include application tape and instructions.
Send us a photo of your wall, measurements and your logo file at info@attaprint.lv or WhatsApp +371 25776699 — we'll prepare a quote with exact area and timeline within one business day. For other printing services for your office, see our printing services section.
