Sports club merchandise: kits, stickers, flags, bottles
A practical guide to ordering sports club merchandise: kits, stickers, banners and bottles, with guideline prices, quantities and timelines.

Sports club merchandise usually falls into four groups: training kits (T-shirts from around EUR 9/pc with printing from 30 pcs), stickers with the club logo (from EUR 0.30/pc, contour-cut), flags and banners for match days (PVC banner from around EUR 14/m²), and sports bottles with printing (from around EUR 5.50/pc from 50 pcs). All prices are guideline only, excl. VAT, and depend on quantity, number of colours and printing technology. Standard turnaround is 2–10 business days after artwork approval; urgent jobs can be arranged by agreement.
Where to start: one logo file that works everywhere
Most issues with sports club orders come from the file, not from production. A logo that looks fine on social media (PNG, 800 px) isn't usable for screen printing on a shirt or for a 3 m banner.

Before your first order, prepare:
- A vector file — .ai, .eps or .pdf with text converted to outlines;
- Colour codes — CMYK for print, plus a Pantone reference if the logo needs to match across different materials;
- A simplified version — a one- or two-colour logo for small surfaces (bottles, caps, sleeves).
If you don't have a vector file, we can redraw it. A simple logo redraw costs around EUR 20–40 and will then serve all your future orders.
Training kits and club apparel
For sports club T-shirts, polyester fabric is the practical choice — it doesn't absorb sweat, dries quickly and takes sublimation and DTF printing well. From our catalogue, the most commonly ordered are:
- Bahrain 135 g/m² sports T-shirt — available in men's, women's and kids' fit, polyester, up to 150 colour options. Convenient if the club has several age groups in the same colour.
- Montecarlo 150 g/m² (men's and women's) — a slightly denser fabric that holds its shape better after a season of washing.
- Imola 135 g/m² and Indianapolis 140 g/m² — a budget option for larger orders, for example for competition participants.
- Slam 100 g/m² women's T-shirt — very lightweight, suited to running and summer training.
- Niagara 145 g/m² cool fit — a women's model with a breathable structure.
- Charon 240 g/m² and Arora 300 g/m² unisex hoodies — for coaches and off-field team wear; Arora is warmer, Charon has a cotton blend.
Choosing the print method: screen printing pays off from 30–50 pcs with a 1–3 colour logo, DTF suits small quantities and colourful designs with player numbers, embroidery works well for hoodies and caps, and sublimation is best for full-colour designs on light-coloured polyester. For more detail on the technologies, see our apparel printing page.
Numbers and names
We add player numbers and surnames with DTF individually to each shirt. Budget around EUR 4–6 extra per shirt for personalisation, plus one extra business day for preparation.
Stickers: from helmets to equipment
Stickers are the cheapest way to get your logo onto helmets, water bottles, bags, equipment carts and club gear. We produce them on matte or gloss self-adhesive vinyl, contour-cut to the shape of the logo.
Practical tips for clubs: for outdoor use (bicycles, boats, winter equipment) choose gloss film — it's easier to clean; matte film is fine for indoor stickers. Fine logo details under 3 mm are best removed, as they tend to tear during contour cutting. More on materials on our sticker printing page.
Flags, banners and match-day signage
On competition day, visibility matters more than detail. A standard set for a mid-size club:
- PVC banner 3×1 m for a fence or spectator stand, with eyelets — from around EUR 42;
- Roll-up banner stand 85×200 cm for the registration desk and awards — from around EUR 95;
- Photo backdrop banner (fabric) 2×2.5 m for interviews and the photo zone;
- Posters A3–A0 for training schedules and competition rules.
We prepare fabric flags and beach-flag type stands on request — just provide the size and mounting type, and we'll match the material to your budget. See our large-format printing page for an overview of formats.
Bottles and gifts for supporters
A sports bottle is merchandise used at every training session, so it works harder than a flyer. From our catalogue:
- H2O Active® Base 650 ml with a spout cap — plastic, 31 colours, 360° digital printing or screen printing on round surfaces;
- H2O Active® Base 650 ml with a flip-top cap — the same volume, more convenient for team sports;
- Baseline® Plus 500 ml with a flip-top cap — more compact, 24 colours, screen printing.
360° digital printing suits multicolour designs and a row of sponsor logos; screen printing is more cost-effective when the logo is one or two colours and quantity exceeds 100 pcs. Our catalogue also includes thermal mugs, bags, notebooks, pens and umbrellas — useful for prize sets and sponsor gifts.
Guideline prices and timelines

| Number/surname on shirt (DTF) | 1 pc | EUR 4–6/pc | +1 business day |

The unit price drops significantly at larger quantities — for example, in an order of 200 shirts, the screen printing setup cost is spread across the whole run. We also work with single pieces if you need a sample before placing a team order.
How to plan your season
Experience shows that it pays off for clubs to combine orders. If you order shirts, bottles and stickers at the same time, preparation happens in parallel and delivery is a single shipment.
A season plan:
- July–August — training kits for the new season, while size availability is good;
- 2–3 weeks before competitions — banners, roll-up stands, posters, participant numbers;
- November — hoodies and gifts for the end of the season and for sponsors.
When ordering team apparel, always ask for a size chart and, if possible, a sample for fitting — sports cuts differ from everyday T-shirts.
Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum quantity for a team shirt order?
With DTF printing we can produce as few as 1–10 shirts, though the unit price will be higher. Screen printing becomes cost-effective from 30 pcs in one colour and design. For bottles, the practical minimum is 50 pcs.
Can you print each player's own number and surname?
Yes. We add numbers and surnames individually using DTF. Send us a list with sizes, numbers and surnames in table format — this reduces the risk of errors and speeds up preparation.
How quickly can we get banners for a competition?
PVC banners and roll-up stands are usually ready within 3–5 business days after design approval. If you need a shorter turnaround, get in touch — we can arrange urgent jobs by agreement.
What format should the logo be in?
Vector graphics — .ai, .eps or .pdf, in CMYK colours, with text converted to outlines. If you only have a JPG or PNG, we can redraw the logo for around EUR 20–40.
Can you make kids' sizes?
Yes. For example, the Bahrain 135 g/m² is available in a kids' fit in the same colour as the adult version, so youth and adult teams can be kitted out consistently.
Send us your logo and an approximate quantity at info@attaprint.lv or message us on WhatsApp at +371 25776699 — project manager Madara will prepare a quote within one business day. You're also welcome to visit us at Kandavas iela 29A, Riga, where we can show you material samples and print quality.
