How much do sports bottles with a logo cost

The final price is made up of three parts: the price of the bottle itself, the printing cost per piece, and the one-off setup fee. The larger the order quantity, the smaller the printing share becomes, and the setup fee is spread over more pieces — which is why the difference between 50 and 250 pieces is usually 20–30%.

Below are guideline prices per piece, excl. VAT, including printing but excluding setup.

A real-life example: 100 pcs of H2O Active® Base 650 ml with a single-colour logo on one side comes to approximately 100 × 4.60 + 35 = EUR 495 excl. VAT, i.e. around EUR 4.95 per piece including setup. The same quantity with 360° digital printing (a full-colour image wrapped around the body) comes to approximately EUR 560 excl. VAT.

When screen printing pays off and when digital printing does

If the logo has one or two colours and the quantity is above 100 pcs, screen printing on round surfaces is cheaper. If the design includes gradients, photos, or more than three colours, 360° digital printing is more practical — it has no setup fee, so it often wins even for smaller quantities, starting from 25–50 pieces.

What else affects the price besides quantity

• Number of colours in screen printing. Each additional colour adds approximately EUR 0.35–0.60 per piece, plus another EUR 35 setup fee.
• Number of print positions. A logo on both sides costs almost as much as two colours — it's a second print run.
• Print area. 360° printing around the whole body is more expensive than a single area of 60 × 80 mm.
• Cap type and volume. 650 ml models are approximately EUR 0.80–1.30 more expensive than 500 ml models.
• Individual packaging. Packing each bottle separately in a box or bag adds EUR 0.40–0.90 per piece.

Lead times and workflow

The standard lead time for an order with printing is 5–10 business days from artwork approval. For 250 pieces with several print positions, realistically allow 8–10 business days. Rush jobs are possible by arrangement, provided the chosen colour is in stock.

Before a large order, we can produce a single printed sample — this costs around EUR 35–50, and the setup fee is not charged twice if the order is confirmed.

Artwork requirements

Printing requires vector graphics — .ai, .eps or .pdf with fonts converted to curves. For screen printing, colours are specified in the Pantone system; for digital printing, files are prepared in CMYK. If you only have a JPG or PNG logo, we can redraw it in vector format; for a simple logo this usually costs EUR 15–25.

The minimum letter height on a round surface is approximately 2 mm, and the thinnest line is 0.3 mm. Very fine lines on a curved plastic surface may fill in with screen printing, so in such cases we recommend digital printing.

What bottles are often combined with

Sports clubs most often order bottles together with matching apparel — for example, Bahrain 135 g/m² polyester sports T-shirts (available in men's, women's and children's sizes), Montecarlo 150 g/m² or Indianapolis 140 g/m² models, and for coaches, Charon 240 g/m² or Arora 300 g/m² hoodies. What is the minimum quantity for sports bottles with a logo?

Technically we can also print 10–20 pieces, but then the setup cost significantly affects the price per piece. The economically justified threshold for screen printing is from 50 pieces, and for 360° digital printing, from 25 pieces.

Is VAT included in the price?

No, all prices mentioned are excl. VAT. VAT is added separately on the invoice.

How long does an order of 250 bottles take?

Usually 8–10 business days from artwork approval, including delivery. If you need a shorter deadline, mention it in your first message — we can often find a model that's immediately available.

Is the print dishwasher-safe?

Screen printing and digital printing are resistant to hand washing and everyday use. In a dishwasher at high temperatures, the print may wear off over time, so we recommend hand washing.

Can I order bottles in different colours within one order?

Yes. Colours can be mixed as long as the total quantity reaches the next price tier, but the screen printing setup fee is charged per print colour, not per bottle colour.
