The gym and the pool need two different products. Bottles: for retail sale or for the team

If the bottle is intended for retail sale at the reception desk, go for a plastic model with 360° digital printing — it allows a full-colour design across the whole body, and the purchase price for a batch of 100 starts from EUR 3.47. Locker stickers and navigation in changing rooms

In changing rooms and near pools, paper stickers don't last — you need PP film or vinyl with lamination. We print locker numbers, warning and instruction stickers, as well as floor and door signage cut to any shape with contour cutting. Sticker printing is completed in 1–3 business days.

Practical tips for clubs:

• For numbers of 50×50 mm or 60×80 mm, white PP film with matte lamination is enough; the digit should be at least 40 mm tall so it's visible from the corridor.
• For dark metal lockers, a white background or transparent film with a white base colour works best.
• For glass doors and mirrors, we use transparent or matte film; for versions applied from the inside, we print a mirror image.
• For machine instruction stickers, leave room for a QR code linking to video — minimum size 20×20 mm.

Timelines, files and artwork

Please send your logo as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), CMYK; raster images at 300 dpi. If a vector file isn't available, we can redraw it — this is agreed on in the quote. Before production, we send an artwork proof for approval by email, and on request also a 3D preview with your logo on the specific product.

Promotional products with printing: production takes 4–7 business days depending on quantity, plus delivery of 2–3 days. For retail sale at the counter, a realistic first order is 50–100 pcs in one size and 1–2 colours. With a batch of 100, the setup fee is spread across more units, and the price per piece is already close to the minimum. If you want to test the design first, we can also make a single sample.

Does the logo on a towel withstand washing?

DTF transfer and screen printing on a polyester towel withstand regular washing at 40°C, provided you don't use bleach or iron directly over the print. Embroidery lasts the longest but is only available on models with a fixed embroidery area, such as the Lucas RPET towels.

Which printing method should I choose for bottles — digital or screen printing?

360° digital printing is the right choice for a multicolour logo, gradients, or a design covering the whole body. Screen printing on round surfaces is more cost-effective if the logo is 1–2 colours and the quantity exceeds 100 pcs. Laser engraving is often used for metal thermal bottles.

What material should locker stickers at the pool be made of?

PP film or vinyl with lamination — these withstand moisture, chlorine, and cleaning agents. Regular paper stickers in a changing room start peeling within a few weeks. If lockers are renumbered often, we recommend removable adhesive.

Can you make a single sample before a large order?

Yes, we also work with a single piece. A sample costs more per unit, since the setup costs aren't spread across a larger quantity, but it lets you check colours and size before ordering 100 or 500 pcs.
