Printed T-Shirts Price: 10, 50, 100 and 500 pcs (2025)
How much does a printed T-shirt cost in Latvia in 2025: indicative prices from 10 to 500 pieces, a comparison of screen printing, DTF and embroidery, plus lead times.

Printed T-shirts price in May 2025 starts at roughly EUR 10.00 per piece if you order 10 T-shirts with a single DTF print, and comes down to around EUR 5.30 per piece if you order 500 T-shirts with a single-colour screen print. The price includes the T-shirt itself (from roughly EUR 3.20 for a basic cotton model) and the print (from EUR 1.50 to EUR 6.00 per position, depending on the technology and run size). All prices are indicative and exclude VAT.
What makes up the price of a printed T-shirt
The final amount is made up of three parts, and it's worth understanding them before requesting a quote:
- The T-shirt. A basic cotton model costs less than a heavier 190 g/m² T-shirt or an organic cotton option. The difference between the cheapest and the most expensive T-shirt in our catalogue is more than twofold.
- The print. Screen printing, DTF and embroidery are priced completely differently. With screen printing, you pay for each colour and each print position separately; with DTF, a full-colour image costs the same regardless of the number of colours.
- Setup. For screen printing, making the screens is a one-off charge of EUR 35.00; for embroidery, digitising the design costs EUR 25.00. DTF printing has no setup charge.
This setup fee is exactly why screen printing usually isn't worthwhile for 10 T-shirts, but from 50 pieces upwards it becomes the cheapest solution.
Price table: 10, 50, 100 and 500 pcs
The calculation uses a basic cotton T-shirt (roughly EUR 4.00/pc, cheaper at larger run sizes) and a single print position — front or back.
| Quantity | Recommended technology | T-shirt, EUR/pc | Print + setup, EUR/pc | Total per pc | Total per order |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pcs | DTF up to A4 | 4.00 | 6.00 | 10.00 | ~EUR 100 |
| 10 pcs | Screen printing, 1 colour | 4.00 | 3.50 + 3.50 | 11.00 | ~EUR 110 |
| 50 pcs | Screen printing, 1 colour | 4.00 | 2.50 + 0.70 | 7.20 | ~EUR 360 |
| 50 pcs | DTF up to A4 | 4.00 | 4.20 | 8.20 | ~EUR 410 |
| 100 pcs | Screen printing, 1 colour | 4.00 | 1.90 + 0.35 | 6.25 | ~EUR 625 |
| 500 pcs | Screen printing, 1 colour | 3.70 | 1.50 + 0.07 | 5.27 | ~EUR 2,635 |
Prices are indicative and exclude VAT. The exact amount depends on the chosen T-shirt model, colour, size breakdown, print area and number of positions. A second print position (for example, a logo on the chest plus text on the back) usually increases the price by 60–90% of the first position's print cost.
Technology comparison: screen printing, DTF, embroidery
| Technology | Price from | Price at large runs | Setup | Best suited for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Screen printing, 1 colour, 1 position | EUR 3.50/pc | EUR 1.50/pc (from 250) | EUR 35.00 | Runs of 50+ pcs, 1–3 colour logos |
| DTF up to A4 | EUR 6.00/pc | EUR 4.20/pc (from 50) | EUR 0.00 | 1–50 pcs, photographs, multi-colour designs |
| Embroidery up to 10,000 stitches | EUR 5.50/pc | from EUR 4.20/pc (from 50) | EUR 25.00 | Polo shirts, hoodies, workwear |
DTF is also more cost-effective when an order contains different designs or different names on each T-shirt — for sports clubs, this is usually the main argument. Screen printing, on the other hand, is more wash-resistant at large run sizes and, from 250+ pieces, is roughly three times cheaper than DTF. Lead times and files
The standard turnaround time is 5–10 business days from artwork approval. DTF printing for small runs usually takes 5–7 business days, screen printing for 100+ pieces takes 5–8 business days, and embroidery takes 7–10 business days. Faster turnaround is possible by arrangement, provided the T-shirts are in stock.
Please send artwork as vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf), with colours in CMYK or Pantone. If you only have a JPG or a logo from a website, we can redraw it — this usually costs roughly EUR 20–40 depending on complexity. Before production, we prepare a digital proof showing the print size and position in millimetres.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order a single printed T-shirt?
Yes. For a single T-shirt, we use DTF printing — roughly EUR 6.00 for a print up to A4 plus the T-shirt price, totalling approximately EUR 9.50–13.00 excl. VAT depending on the model. There's no setup charge.
How much does printing in two positions cost?
Each additional position is charged separately. For screen printing, this also means a second set of screens (EUR 35.00 setup); for DTF, it's simply a second transfer, roughly EUR 4.20–6.00 per piece depending on the run size.
Does the price include the T-shirt, or just the print?
The print prices listed are for the printing only. If you supply your own T-shirt, you only pay for the print. If the T-shirt comes from our catalogue, the quote will show both items separately.
At what point does screen printing become cheaper than DTF?
Roughly from 40–50 pieces with a single-colour design. At 100 pieces, screen printing costs around EUR 2.25/pc (including setup), while DTF costs EUR 4.20/pc.
Does the size breakdown affect the price?
No, standard sizes from S to 2XL are priced the same. Larger sizes (3XL and up) may cost 10–15% more for certain models.
How durable is the print?
Screen printing and DTF will withstand 40–50 washes at 30–40°C, provided the T-shirt is washed inside out and not ironed directly over the print. Embroidery is practically wear-resistant.
