Tourism Promotional Products and Print Materials for Real Estate

Industry guide: which tourism promotional products and print materials work for accommodation providers, outdoor activity businesses and real estate offices. With price guidelines and turnaround times.

Business cards, folders, roll-up stand and a mug with a logo together

Tourism promotional products and real estate sector materials usually fall into three groups: everyday print (business cards, property description sheets, folders), outdoor advertising (banners, roll-up stands, posters) and small branded gifts that stay in the client's hands — keyrings, thermal mugs and LED torches. We produce and deliver medium-sized orders within 2–10 business days; full-colour printed keyrings start from around EUR 1.20 per piece, printed thermal mugs from around EUR 9, and PVC banners from around EUR 14 per square metre (prices excl. VAT, guideline only).

Why these two industries need a similar set of materials

Both a real estate office and a guest house sell an experience the client can't see right away. That's why materials need to serve two purposes: inform (property details, prices, maps, contacts) and stay memorable after the meeting or the trip.

In practice, this means print needs to be quick to update — property listings change weekly, seasonal prices twice a year. Promotional products, on the other hand, need to be things people actually take with them: a keyring, a mug, a torch. We tend to produce stickers and posters in smaller, more frequent batches rather than 5,000 pieces at once that go out of date sitting in an office.

For real estate offices: print that works every day

  • Business cards on 350 g card stock, matte or gloss laminate. 100 pcs double-sided from around EUR 25. For agents, we usually produce personalised batches of 100–250 pcs.
  • A4 property sheets (full colour, 170–250 g) — from around EUR 0.45 per piece at 100 pcs. Practical if you plan to update content often.
  • Brochures and folders for transaction documents, presentation catalogues for property developers.
  • Stickers for window and shopfront labelling, contour-cut to the logo shape — see our stickers section.
  • Banners and roll-up stands for open house days and site fencing. An 85×200 cm roll-up with stand — from around EUR 85; more on formats on the banners page.

A keyring as a closing gift

In real estate, a keyring is the most logical gift — it's handed over together with the keys. From our catalogue, we commonly use the Vito C1 rectangular keyring and the larger Orca L4 keyring for this purpose; both support full-colour lithography, so you can print a logo, property name or a QR code linking to a review page. Price from around EUR 1.20 per piece at 100 pcs.

If you need extra functionality, the Flare RCS LED torch keyring with bottle opener, made from recycled aluminium (5 colours, IPX rating, laser engraving or pad printing), works well, along with the Astro LED keyring torch (4 colours) and the Castor LED keyring torch (3 colours, also available with screen printing).

For tourism businesses: accommodation, guides, outdoor activities

Guest houses and campsites most often order thermal mugs and outdoor products, since these are used during the trip itself and end up in photos.

  • Brite-Americano® tyre 350 ml thermal mug — 12 colours, in-mould labelling for drinkware that withstands daily washing. A good choice for cafés near tourist attractions and takeaway points.
  • Stanley Everyday 236 ml travel mug (Stanley 1913®, 2 colours) — 360° laser engraving or screen printing for round surfaces. More expensive, but suitable for VIP gifts and guide teams.
  • Helios pocket torch made from recycled plastic with solar panel, dynamo and carabiner — for campsites and hiking routes, printed with laser engraving.
  • Scout multi-tool and LED torch set — for fishing and outdoor activity bases, available with laser engraving, screen printing, pad printing and a full-colour doming sticker.
  • Beamix bike light set — for bike rental companies and cycling route operators.
  • Avior RCS emergency radio made from recycled plastic — a practical gift for rural tourism accommodation and event organisers.
  • Lutz 28-LED magnetic pocket torch, Mini-grip LED magnetic torch and Magnetica magnetic pick-up tool with light — useful for car rental companies and technical service partners.

Files, turnaround and seasonality

Print-ready artwork needs to be vector graphics (.ai, .eps or .pdf) in CMYK colour space. If you only have a logo as a .png or .jpg, we can redraw it in vector format — this usually takes one extra business day. Before production, we always send a digital proof for approval.

Standard turnaround: print (business cards, flyers, posters, stickers) 2–5 business days, banners and roll-up stands 2–5 business days, printed promotional products 5–10 business days after artwork approval. Urgent jobs are handled by agreement.

When to order

In the tourism sector, it's best to order summer season materials in March–April, and autumn and Christmas gifts in September–October, while stock colour options are still full. For real estate offices, two orders a year tend to work well: one larger order for products, and a second for flexible print in small batches. We also work with single-piece orders, though unit price drops significantly at larger quantities.

Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum order quantity for promotional products?

For print, we also work with single-piece orders. For catalogue promotional products, the practical minimum is usually 25–50 pieces, since print setup is a fixed cost. For keyrings with lithography, the minimum is often 100 pieces.

Can a thermal mug be printed with a full-colour image?

Yes. The Brite-Americano® 350 ml model supports in-mould labelling, which allows full-colour graphics, including photos and colour gradients. For the Stanley Everyday mug, 360° laser engraving or screen printing is the most practical option — there, the image is created in a single tone.

How quickly can we get materials for an open house day?

Banners, roll-up stands and posters usually take 2–5 business days from artwork approval. If you need a shorter turnaround, get in touch — depending on our workload, we may be able to schedule part of the job faster.

Do you have products made from recycled materials?

Yes. From our catalogue, these include the Flare RCS torch made from recycled aluminium, the Avior RCS emergency radio made from recycled plastic, and the Helios torch with solar panel and dynamo. These are often chosen for green tourism and rural accommodation projects.

Can you also print clothing for a team?

Yes — screen printing, DTF, embroidery and sublimation. For real estate agents, we most often produce polo shirts and jackets with embroidery; for tourism bases, T-shirts and caps with printing. You can browse the full range of services in our shop section.
