Sticker Printing Price: How Much Does a m² Cost and What It Depends On

Sticker printing starts from approximately EUR 24.00/m² (excl. VAT) on matte or glossy self-adhesive vinyl; from 5 m² the price is EUR 22.00/m², and from 20 m² — EUR 19.00/m². Contour cutting to shape is charged separately — EUR 8.00/m². There are no setup fees for stickers (EUR 0.00), so even a small order won't be made more expensive by one-off artwork costs.

Price list: sticker printing per square metre

The price is calculated based on the printed vinyl area, not the number of stickers. This means 200 small stickers can be cheaper than 20 large ones.

All prices are indicative and exclude VAT. If the stickers are rectangular and only the sheet is cut, contour cutting is not needed and the price stays at the base level. See current items and the order form in the stickers section.

How to get a per-piece price from the m² price

In practice, customers are interested in the price per sticker. The calculation is simple: divide the m² price by how many stickers fit into one square metre (with 3–5 mm gaps between them). Below are indicative figures based on a base price of EUR 24.00/m² and with contour cutting (EUR 32.00/m² combined).

These figures are indicative — the actual number of stickers per square metre depends on shape and layout. Round and irregular shapes usually "consume" 10–20% more material than rectangles. For very small orders, we calculate a minimum order amount, so, for example, the price for 10 pcs of 50 × 50 mm stickers won't be EUR 0.70, but rather the minimum line-item amount — we'll state this clearly in the quote.

What the price depends on

Material and surface finish

Matte and glossy vinyl cost the same in our price list — approximately EUR 24.00/m². Matte is more practical for packaging and documents (non-reflective, can be written on), while glossy gives more saturated colours and looks better on glass and product labels. If the sticker is intended for outdoor use or will be touched often, we recommend lamination — it protects the print against scratches and UV, and is calculated separately depending on the area.

Contour cutting and shape

For EUR 8.00/m², we cut stickers to any contour — in the shape of a logo, with rounded corners, or with "kiss cut" (only the sticker layer is cut, the backing remains intact). If a project has many small details or thin protrusions, cutting time increases, and we factor this into the quote.

Quantity

The price drops in two steps: from 5 m² and from 20 m². 20 m² sounds like a lot, but, for example, 2,000 stickers sized 100 × 100 mm already add up to approximately 22 m² — meaning EUR 19.00/m². We also work with single pieces, but then the per-square-metre price is at its highest level.

Artwork readiness

Preparation is free of charge if we receive a correctly formatted file. If it's necessary to redraw a logo from a low-quality image or create artwork from scratch, design work is charged separately based on time spent.

Files: how to submit artwork

Vector graphics are optimal — .ai, .eps, or .pdf, colours in CMYK, text converted to outlines. Additionally:

• 3 mm bleed on each side;
• contour line on a separate layer, set up as a *spot* colour (e.g. "CutContour");
• raster images at least 300 dpi at actual size;
• if a sticker set contains multiple designs, each should be on a separate page or in a separate file with the quantity specified.

Timelines

A standard sticker order is ready within 2–5 business days from artwork approval; large volumes with lamination and complex contour cutting — up to 5 business days. Urgent jobs are possible by arrangement if there's a gap in the schedule. If the stickers are part of a larger order (for example, together with business cards or posters), we plan one joint delivery date.
