Sticker Printing in Riga: Types, Materials, Prices and Turnaround

Sticker printing in Riga costs roughly from 24.00 EUR/m² excl. VAT on matte or glossy self-adhesive vinyl; from 5 m² the price is around 21.00 EUR/m², and from 20 m² — around 18.00 EUR/m². Contour cutting to shape costs an additional 8.00 EUR/m² on average, and artwork preparation for stickers is free of charge. The standard production time is 2–5 business days depending on quantity and finishing; rush jobs are completed by arrangement.

What kinds of stickers we make

We work with a single piece just as well as with several hundred sheets — only the price per square metre differs. The most common orders:

• Window and shop-front stickers for cafés, salons, shops — opening hours, logos, campaign notices.

Materials: matte or glossy vinyl

The price for both materials is the same; the choice depends on where it will be used.

For outdoor use and places where the sticker will be rubbed or washed (vehicles, transport crates, outdoor signage), we recommend adding lamination — it extends the service life and protects against scratches and UV fading. Laminated stickers cost roughly from 24.00 EUR/m², with lamination calculated by area.

Prices and quantity tiers

Sticker prices in Riga are calculated by printed area in square metres, not by the number of pieces. This means that 200 small stickers often cost less than 10 large ones.

Practical examples

• 100 round stickers, Ø 50 mm take up about 0.25 m² with spacing — with contour cutting, roughly 8–10 EUR. For such orders we usually apply a minimum order amount, so we confirm the exact price in the quote.
• A window sticker 1.2 × 0.8 m (0.96 m²) on matte vinyl — roughly 23 EUR.
• Vehicle markings for two sides and the rear, around 2.5 m² total with contour cutting — roughly 80 EUR.

Files and artwork requirements

For the print to match the expected result, please prepare your file as follows:

• Format: vector graphics — .ai, .eps or .pdf. Raster images (.jpg, .png) are only suitable if the resolution at actual size is at least 150 dpi.
• Colours: CMYK. If an exact corporate colour matters, specify the Pantone code — we'll match it as closely as digital printing allows.
• Fonts: converted to outlines.
• Contour: cutting line on a separate layer named CutContour.
• Bleed: 2 mm from each edge, important text at least 3 mm from the cut line.

If you don't have artwork ready, we can help prepare it — a simple layout using ready-made elements usually doesn't involve an extra charge; design work from scratch is agreed separately.

Turnaround times

The turnaround time is counted from the moment the artwork and order are approved. If your job is urgent, mention it right away in your request — we can often fit a smaller batch in between larger jobs.

Pickup and application

Finished orders can be picked up at Kandavas iela 29A, Riga, or sent by courier anywhere in Latvia. For large-format window and vehicle stickers, we include a short application guide: the surface must be clean and dry, the working temperature should be at least +10 °C, and for larger areas we recommend the wet application method with soapy water.

If you also need other printed items at the same time, it's more convenient to order them together — for example posters for an event or a banner for outdoor use.

How much do 100 small stickers cost?

The price is calculated by area: 100 stickers, Ø 50 mm, come to about 0.25 m², which at the base rate of around 24.00 EUR/m² plus contour cutting of around 8.00 EUR/m² comes to about 8–10 EUR excl. VAT. For small orders we apply a minimum amount, so we confirm the exact figure in the quote.

Will the stickers withstand outdoor conditions?

Yes. Standard vinyl lasts around 2–3 years outdoors, and with lamination — 4–5 years. For vehicles and outdoor signage, we always recommend lamination.

Can I order a single sticker?

Yes, we can. We also work with a single piece, only the price per square metre in that case is at the highest tier — roughly 24.00 EUR/m².

What's the difference between matte and glossy vinyl?

Matte doesn't reflect light and is more comfortable for text on windows and walls; glossy gives more vivid colours and is more resistant to moisture. The price is the same for both.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Can you cut a sticker to the shape of a logo?

Yes, that's done with contour cutting — roughly 8.00 EUR/m². The file needs a separate cutting line in vector format.
