Smartwatches with Logo: What to Choose for an Award or Incentive
A guide to choosing smartwatches and fitness bands with your company logo: prices from EUR 14.43 for a smart band to EUR 64.08 for a smartwatch, laser engraving, lead times 6–10 business days.

Smartwatches with a logo are one of the few promotional products that the recipient wears every day — that's why they work so well as a competition prize or as the top tier of an employee incentive programme. In our catalogue, smartwatch and smart band prices start from EUR 14.43/pc (Prixton AT410) and go up to EUR 64.08/pc (Prixton SWB33), with the logo usually applied by laser engraving in one colour. Production and delivery with logo printing takes 6–10 business days, and we prepare a quote within one business day.
Smartwatch, smart band or sports band — what's the difference
These three terms often get mixed up in conversation, but in practice they are completely different price categories and gift classes.

- Smartwatch — round or square screen, phone notifications, voice assistant on some models. Price EUR 44–65/pc. This is the main prize, not a mass-market giveaway.
- Smart band (fitness band) — slim casing, step counter, heart rate, sleep tracking. Price EUR 14–47/pc. The best choice if you need prizes in batches of 10–50 pieces.
- Sports band, also known as a sweatband, made of cotton — a simple fabric accessory with printing, from EUR 1.02/pc. This isn't electronics, but it works great as an add-on to a prize set or as a participant gift at a sports event.
If the budget per recipient is up to EUR 20, look at smart bands. If there's only one prize, or three (1st–3rd place), it makes sense to go for the more expensive smartwatch — it stands out visually and emotionally from the other gifts.

Prices are indicative, excl. VAT and excl. artwork setup fee. In the electronics category, the volume discount is smaller than for textiles: between 1 and 100 pieces, the difference is usually 3–9%, since the item itself is expensive rather than the printing. The exact price depends on quantity, engraving size and delivery deadline.

What the logo looks like on a smartwatch
For electronics casings, we use laser engraving — the logo is engraved into the material in a single tone, without colour, so a coloured logo is converted into a one-colour silhouette. Before production, we send an artwork proof with the exact engraving position and size, which needs to be approved by email.
A few practical tips:
- The engraving area is usually on the back or side edge of the casing — the size is small, so a logo with thin lines and a tiny tagline won't be legible.
- It's better to engrave only the brand symbol or name, without additional text.
- Send files as vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg). We cannot use a raster logo taken from a presentation.
- If your logo is white on a dark background, we convert it into a single-tone version for engraving.
Cotton bands work with different technologies: screen printing for larger quantities and DTF transfer for smaller ones, which can also reproduce a full-colour image. We use the same approach in apparel printing.
Prize set or single item
For competition prizes, a set often works better than one expensive item. For example: smart band AT410 (EUR 14.43) + charging cable C34 (EUR 20.19) + a printed T-shirt makes up a full gift of around EUR 40–45, and the recipient gets three items instead of one.
In employee incentive programmes, we see three levels in practice: monthly recognition — smaller items from the promotional products section; quarterly results — a smart band; annual award — the SWB33 or SWB26T smartwatch. This way, the budget is split predictably, and the top prize retains its value.
Lead times and quantities
Promotional products with printing are usually ready in 6–10 business days: production and engraving take 4–7 business days depending on quantity, delivery takes 2–3 days. Urgent jobs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We also work with single pieces — if you only need three prizes for an annual event, that's not a problem. At 50 pieces and above, the price per piece drops, and it's worth clarifying early on whether all items should be the same model or split across different placings.
FAQ
How much does a smartwatch with a logo cost?
Indicatively from EUR 44.91/pc (Prixton Alexa SWB29) to EUR 64.08/pc (Prixton SWB33) excl. VAT, and at 100 pieces from EUR 43.13 and EUR 58.61 respectively. There is also a one-off engraving setup fee, which we include in the quote.
Can I order just one or three pieces for prizes?
Yes. For electronics, the price per piece at 1 and at 100 pieces differs by only a few percent, so a small order isn't disadvantageous.
Can the logo on a smartwatch be in colour?
The standard solution is laser engraving in one colour — the logo is engraved into the material. Full-colour printing on these casings isn't available; we use coloured logos on cotton bands, mugs or apparel.
How long does an order take?
Usually 6–10 business days: 4–7 business days for production with printing and 2–3 days for delivery. If you need a shorter deadline, get in touch — we'll check availability for the specific model.
What files do I need to send?
Vector graphics in .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg format. We send an artwork proof with the engraving position and size for approval by email before production, and on request we can also prepare a 3D preview with your logo.
Can you offer a cheaper alternative if the budget is small?
Yes. Cotton sports bands from EUR 1.02/pc, as well as bottles, notebooks and pens from the catalogue. We can put together several options in different price categories in a quote.
