One Printed T-shirt: Price and Turnaround from 1 pc

One printed T-shirt with us costs from approximately 8 EUR excl. VAT – that's a T-shirt from 2.22 EUR/pc plus DTF transfer printing up to A4 format for 6.00 EUR/pc with no setup fee. There's no minimum order quantity to worry about: we work with single pieces too. If you bring your own T-shirt, printing takes 1–3 business days; if the T-shirt needs to be ordered from our catalogue, plan for 6–10 business days in total.\n\n## Why DTF is the only option for a single T-shirt\n\nThere are three main garment printing technologies, and only one of them comes with no setup cost:\n\n- DTF transfer – 6.00 EUR/pc up to A4, 0 EUR setup, full-colour image, photos and gradients at no extra charge for the number of colours. This is the logical choice for 1–10 pieces.\n- Screen printing – 3.50 EUR/pc (1 colour, 1 position), but 35.00 EUR setup. For a single T-shirt that means 38.50 EUR just for printing, so screen printing only starts to pay off from around 30–50 pieces.\n- Embroidery – 5.50 EUR/pc up to 10,000 stitches, 25.00 EUR setup (file digitisation). For a single piece that's 30.50 EUR, but embroidery is the only option if you want a raised logo on a polo shirt or jacket.\n\nWe've covered garment printing technologies in more detail in our garment printing section.\n\n## Price for one T-shirt: specific examples\n\nThe table below shows indicative totals excl. A second print location (for example, the back in addition to the chest) is charged as a separate position.\n\n### When the price per piece drops\n\nThe DTF price decreases from 20 pieces onwards (5.00 EUR/pc) and from 50 pieces (4.20 EUR/pc). For raster images (photos, scanned artwork), you'll need 300 dpi at the actual print size: for an A4 area that means at least 2480 × 3508 pixels. If you only have a phone photo or a screenshot, send it over anyway – we'll tell you whether the quality is sufficient and offer file preparation if needed.\n\n## Frequently asked questions\n\nCan you really order just one T-shirt?\n\nYes. DTF printing has no setup fee and no minimum order quantity, so one printed T-shirt is a complete order on its own. In practice, we quite often print 1–3 pieces.\n\nHow much will it cost if I bring my own T-shirt?\n\nPrinting up to A4 – 6.00 EUR excl. VAT per area. Make sure the T-shirt is cotton, polyester or a blend of the two and that the fabric can withstand a press at around 160 °C. For very thin or membrane materials, please ask us first.\n\nHow long does DTF printing last?\n\nWhen washed correctly – at 30 °C, inside out, without a tumble dryer and without ironing directly over the print – the design lasts dozens of washes. For sports use and frequent washing, screen printing is more durable, but it only pays off in larger quantities.\n\nCan you print a photo or a multi-colour image?\n\nYes, DTF has no limit on the number of colours – the price is the same as for a single-colour logo. The only thing that matters is the file resolution.\n\nWill I see what it looks like before printing?\n\nYes. Our quote includes a PDF showing the print location and size, and on request we prepare a 3D view with your logo.
