Hotel Products with Logo: Towels, Mugs, Stickers, Materials

A practical guide for hotels and guesthouses: which logo products are actually worth ordering, estimated prices, materials and lead times of 3–10 business days.

Hotel room set: towel, mug with logo, booklet

Hotel products with a logo generally fall into four groups: textiles (towels, bathrobes), mugs and drinkware, stickers and labelling, and printed information materials for rooms and reception. For guidance: a cotton towel with an embroidered logo from around 7 EUR, a ceramic mug with printing from around 4 EUR, a contour-cut sticker from around 0.12 EUR per piece, an A5 booklet from around 0.35 EUR per piece (all prices excl. VAT, for larger quantities). The standard production time is 2–10 business days, depending on the product and quantity.

Where to start: the minimum set for a small hotel

If your guesthouse has 10–20 rooms, there's no need to order everything at once. In practice, three things give the best return: clear labelling (stickers on doors, inventory, breakfast packaging), a room information folder or card, and one memorable item that guests photograph or take home.

For small batches, we also work with small quantities — for example, 30 mugs or 50 towels is a perfectly normal order. If you only need a single sample before the big batch, we can make that too.

Typical first order

  • 100–200 stickers with a logo (for labelling and packaging)
  • 100 "Do Not Disturb" door cards on 350 g card with lamination
  • 50 A5 information sheets or booklets for rooms
  • 30–50 mugs for reception and rooms
  • 20–40 towels with embroidery for the spa or pool area

Towels with a logo: embroidery or printing

For towels, embroidery is the most practical solution — it withstands industrial washing at 60°C and doesn't crack. Printing on terry fabric works less well because the fibre is looped, so printing is usually applied to a smooth woven strip or a sewn-on label is used instead.

Common sizes: 30×50 cm (hand and spa towels), 50×100 cm (room towels), 70×140 cm (pool towels). A density of 400–500 g/m² is a good middle-ground choice: the towel dries quickly and withstands frequent washing. Logo embroidery requires a simplified version — thin 0.3 mm letters and fine gradients aren't achievable in thread, so before production we prepare a digitised embroidery file and show you a sample. For more on textile options, see the towels section.

Mugs, bottles and thermal flasks

A ceramic mug with printing is a hotel classic: it's used in the room, at breakfast, and sold as a souvenir. Thermal mugs and flasks work better for guesthouses with an active outdoor offering — hiking, skiing, fishing. Water bottles with a logo often replace the plastic bottle in the room and reduce waste.

The printing method depends on the material: for ceramics — sublimation (full-colour image) or screen printing in 1–2 colours; for metal — laser engraving or printing around the body. See the ranges in mugs, thermal flasks and water bottles.

Stickers and labelling

Stickers in a hotel serve more functions than you might think: breakfast packaging and take-away boxes, mini-bar labelling, inventory numbering, signage on doors and windows, QR codes for Wi-Fi or the menu. The standard material is matte or glossy self-adhesive vinyl; for wet areas (bathroom, pool) we use a moisture-resistant film with lamination.

Contour cutting lets you cut the sticker to the shape of the logo rather than just a square. Transparent film and film with adhesive on the image side are also available for window stickers. More detail in the stickers section.

Information materials for rooms and reception

This group relies on digital and large-format printing:

  • guest information folder or A5 booklet (Wi-Fi, breakfast times, evacuation plan, contacts)
  • "Do Not Disturb" / "Please Clean the Room" door cards on 300–350 g card with lamination
  • café menus — thick paper with lamination or plastic covers
  • A3–A0 posters for events and seasonal offers
  • roll-up banner stands for the conference room and PVC banners at the entrance or fence
  • registration cards, gift cards, business cards for staff

See business card and card options in the business cards section, and banner and roll-up stand solutions in the banners section.

Files and preparation

For printing, you'll need your logo in vector format — .ai, .eps or .pdf with CMYK colours. If you only have a .jpg or .png from your website, we'll redraw the logo in vector; this is a one-off task and the file will then work for all future orders.

Useful to know:

  • specify corporate colours in Pantone or CMYK values — on ceramics and textiles the tone can differ from what you see on screen;
  • add a 2–3 mm bleed to print files;
  • for embroidery and screen printing, the logo needs to be simplified — the minimum letter height for embroidery is around 4 mm.

If you're planning a seasonal order (summer season, Christmas), allow 2–3 weeks of buffer time — queues are longer in August and November. Urgent jobs can be arranged by separate agreement.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

We also work with 1 piece — for example, a single mug or a single roll-up banner stand. For embroidery and screen printing, it's more cost-effective starting from 20–30 pieces, since the preparation work (embroidery file, screen production) is a one-off cost.

Do embroidered towels withstand industrial washing?

Yes, if polyester embroidery thread is used together with a cotton towel of 400–500 g/m² density. This type of embroidery withstands washing at 60°C. Printing on terry fabric doesn't hold up to that kind of load, so we recommend embroidery for hotel towels.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Stickers — 2–5 business days, posters and banners — 2–5 business days, mugs and printed textiles — 5–10 business days. The lead time starts once the artwork file has been approved.

Can I order a sample before the full batch?

We can produce a single sample of a mug, towel or card. The sample costs more per unit than in a full batch, but it lets you check the colour and logo size before ordering 300 pieces.

Can you also print staff uniforms and caps?

Yes — T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, aprons and caps with embroidery or DTF transfer printing. See the range in the promotional products catalogue and apparel printing.

How do I calculate how many stickers I need per year?

A simple guideline: breakfast packaging stickers — number of rooms × occupancy rate × number of days in season. For example, 15 rooms at 70% occupancy over 200 days a year gives around 2,100 stickers. At that quantity, the unit price is noticeably lower than ordering in batches of 200.
