Baltic Beauty 2026 at Kipsala: stand materials for your brand
Baltic Beauty 2026 takes place on 6–8 November at Kipsala. A practical checklist of what to print for your stand, in what quantities, and why orders need to be placed by 16 October.

Baltic Beauty 2026 takes place on 6–8 November at the Kipsala exhibition centre in Riga, and if you're a beauty brand, salon or school, stand materials need to be ordered by 16 October — that way everything's ready at least a week before opening. Our printing (stickers, business cards, posters) takes 1–3 business days, while promotional products with your logo usually take 6–10 business days — so it's the giveaways and apparel that set your ordering deadline.
What you actually need at the stand
At Kipsala, a visitor spends 30–90 seconds at a stand. That means your visuals need to work from 5 metres away, and everything else needs to be something people can take with them.
Minimum kit for a beauty brand:
- Roll-up banner, 85×200 cm — brand, product line, QR code to your catalogue. One on the stand backdrop, and another by the entrance if it's a corner stand.
- Beach flag — stands out above the sea of stands, especially in Kipsala's large halls.
- Paper bags with your logo — for samples and on-site purchases; a walking advert across the whole hall.
- Team apparel — polo shirts, T-shirts or aprons, so visitors instantly know who the staff are.
- Business cards and flyers — with a price list or show offer.
- Product stickers — ingredients, batch number, Latvian translation, price tags.
- A branded giveaway — something small that people actually pick up and use.
Deadlines: what to order and when

|---|---|---|
| Stickers, business cards, flyers, posters | 1–3 business days | 28 October |
| Roll-up banners, beach flags, banners | 2–4 business days | 27 October |
| Printed apparel (DTF, screen printing) | 3–7 business days | 22 October |
| Embroidery on polos/caps | 5–8 business days | 20 October |
| Promotional products from the catalogue | 6–10 business days | 16 October |
| Socks with woven-in logo (from 100 pairs) | 3–4 weeks | already too late for 2026 |
If anything gets left to the last minute, get in touch — we can handle rush jobs by arrangement, but during show week we're busy and there's practically no buffer time.
The visual side: roll-up, flag, banner
The standard roll-up size is 85×200 cm; avoid putting text in the bottom 40 cm, as it gets blocked by the table and people. A logical layout: brand at the top, one clear message in the middle, contact details and QR code at eye level (140–160 cm). A beach flag on a 3–4 m pole lifts your brand above the stand walls and also works well at summer events, so skip the exhibition dates on it.
PVC banners work well as a stand backdrop or to cover a wall — banners and roll-ups are made in 2–4 business days. Posters from A4 to A0 (posters) are handy for price lists and treatment menus on the stand wall.
Packaging and product labelling
If you're selling products at the show, paper bags with your logo come in white and kraft, 11 sizes, from 100 pcs. For an average beauty stand, 200–300 bags in the small size and 100 in the large one should cover three days.
Cosmetics products often need stickers with ingredients, warnings and translation — we print on paper, PP film, vinyl, clear and metallised film, in sheets or rolls, with contour cutting for any shape. Practical solutions for a show: clear stickers for small bottles, matte price tags, and round "Show price" stickers that can be removed after the event.
Team apparel
For three days, plan on 2 shirts per person. The most popular options: polo shirts with embroidery on the left chest (up to 90×90 mm) or T-shirts with DTF transfer. Standard printing areas: left chest 110×90 mm, front and back up to 280×210 mm, sleeve 80×60 mm — a web address looks great on the sleeve.
For small quantities (5–15 pcs), DTF transfer is more cost-effective since there's no screen setup fee; from around 30 pieces in one colour, screen printing becomes more economical. We can combine all your apparel printing into one order with the rest of your materials.
Examples from our catalogue
- Beautix manicure set — a compact manicure set, available in 2 colours, with digital sticker or pad printing; from 3.84 EUR/pc from as little as 1 pc, with the same price at 100 pcs. A logical giveaway specifically for the beauty industry — a Baltic Beauty visitor will genuinely use it.
- Pens — a classic for registration forms and order slips at the stand; pad printing in one or two colours.
- Keyrings — a cheap, long-lasting giveaway and a good alternative to disposable leaflets.
- Tote bags — visitors carry everything they collect at the show in these, and your logo travels around Kipsala for three days.
- Thermal mugs and mugs — better suited as gifts for partners and distributors rather than mass giveaways.
Exact prices depend on quantity, number of colours and printing method; all prices are shown excl. VAT. You can browse the full range — over 2,000 products — in our catalogue.
Files and artwork
We prefer vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) in CMYK colour space; for raster images, 300 dpi at actual size. For roll-ups and banners, 100–150 dpi is enough, as they're viewed from a distance. Before production, we send the artwork for approval by email, and for promotional products we can prepare a 3D preview with your logo on request, so you can see how the print will look on the actual item.
Frequently asked questions
How many giveaways should I order for three days at the show?
An averagely busy stand at Kipsala typically gets through 150–300 small giveaways. Suggestion: plan on around 100 pcs per day for the smaller item (pen, keyring), but reserve a higher-value product, such as the Beautix manicure set, only for those who leave contact details or place an order — 30–50 pcs should be enough.
Can I order just one roll-up and a few T-shirts?
Yes. We do our own printing and apparel printing from as little as 1 piece; for promotional products, the minimum quantity depends on the item, but, for example, the Beautix manicure set can be ordered as a single piece too.
What's the latest I can order to make it for 6 November?
Promotional products with your logo — by 16 October. Printed materials (stickers, business cards, posters) can realistically still be ordered on 28 October, but then there's no buffer time for corrections.
Can you prepare stickers with cosmetics ingredients in Latvian?
Yes, we print ingredient, instruction and translation stickers on paper or film, with contour cutting and in rolls if you're labelling a large batch. The text and translation are provided by the client, and we lay it out on the artwork.
Do you make nail files or lip balms with a logo?
We don't carry these products in our catalogue. For a beauty stand, we'd recommend the Beautix manicure set, a tote bag, a pen or a keyring — these are in stock and fit within the 6–10 business day timeframe.
Can everything be ordered on one invoice?
Yes. Roll-ups, bags, stickers, business cards and promotional products with your logo all go into one quote and one delivery to Riga or your specified address.
Send us your stand size and a list of what you need to info@attaprint.lv, or call or message us on WhatsApp at +371 25776699 — we'll prepare a quote with prices, print areas and deadlines for each item within one business day.
